Hey, I don’t know if you’re still around. I just wanted to tell you how much your stories mean to me. I don’t remember which of your fics I read first. It must have been some ten years ago? Can that be? Wow, okay I just saw that your first story on here is from 2008.
Your stories have helped me through some difficult years. It were the first Harry/Snape fics I really really liked. Let me just say: Thank you!
I love how you portray their relationship, I love your style of writing, your pace in the stories, the dialogues, your ideas… I could go on forever. Let me thank you especially for Among The Gemini Trees, All I Want For Christmas, Fields of Broken Dreams and Blessings In Disguise. And omg Nothing But the Truth and Divergence! I regularly come back to read these stories and they only get better and better.
May I just say that I really really root for you to continue 21 Days In December? ;)

I've been writing Iron Dad over on AO3 (it's like Harry and Snape, but Marvel with Iron Man and Spider Man). I haven't given up on my Potter fan fics even though it's been a while. I've actually been in a writing slump over on AO3 too since January, but last year in 2023 I posted a million words over on AO3, just none of them Potter fan fic unfortunately.

"For human sacrifice" cracked me up so badly :D
I love fics where Harry and Snape have to pretend to like each other. Also the bit with Severus explaining about favours in the wizarding world was done so well! I like how it portrays Harry's inexperience and Snape in full teacher mode. It also reminded me a bit of Severus telling Lily about the dementors.
Uh, this just has so much potential!
But take your time :) Writer's block is not something to mess with. I usually feel better not to do things I don't want to do and doing them in my own time. Does this make sense?
Thank you for asking, I'm doing fine :) Reading and Writing are seriously the best things. Though sometimes I wish I'd read more books and not so many fanfics.

I like Harry drifting into his own world with memories of the Dursleys and I'm just so angry that he feels like it's a special thing to get offered a warm place and food. That's the least anyone should do for a child.
I also loved the part where Harry thinks about Snape and the potions classes but out loud just said that it's his fault he was that bad at Potions. Come on Severus! Open your eyes :)
Harry has always been looking for a place where he belongs and when Hagrid came to tell him about the wizarding world, he thought Hogwarts might finally be that place. That was until he was suddenly sorted into Slytherin house, and now he's not too sure. Can a certain Professor put aside childhood grudges and help Harry with his quest to find belonging?

Hey, I only now saw that you updated this story. Brilliant! Thank you so much, it's great! I liked Harry's confusion and doubts about Snape a lot in the last chapters but I'm also glad that Harry takes first tentative steps towards trusting him. The scene with Ron and Harry wearing the Weasley jumpers made me laugh. It was very cute!

- Your story so far is just: Wow! I enjoy reading it a lot. You’re really good with writing about Harry’s internal thoughts and feelings, I like that a lot. Also, I can understand Harry’s sense of not belonging anywhere well. Poor guy! And Snape’s just too stupid to open his eyes and see what’s right before his overgrown nose. Maybe you can tell that he makes me very angry ;)
I like how you write Harry as a Slytherin in your story. Many stories in which Harry is sorted into Slytherin just don’t catch his Slytherin personality very well but you do it seemingly effortlessly.

I just reread your story for the third or fourth time. I love it!
I generally like Christmas stories where Harry spends the holiday with Severus and yours was just so well done! Thank you :) I like your writing; it’s a pleasure following your story with your great talent for it. I’ll join the other reviewers: I’d like a sequel very much. But I feel that you have ended the fanfic really well as well. I loved Harry making eye contact with Severus across the pool: it was a perfect ending to a perfect story!

I hope to write a sequel as well one day but apart from the No Bed of Roses consuming all my time, I've currently got no plot. When something comes to me, one day I can get back to it.
When Harry is found guilty at the Ministry trial following the dementor incident, drastic measures must be taken to ensure his continued safety and freedom.

- I really really like your story! It’s super fun and you have a lot of unusual and new ideas when it comes to this sort of fiction where Severus saves Harry in some way for example their hike through the highlands. Also what finally made me comment this was the bagpiper! I just love it! I play the bagpipes myself and I laugh tears every time you mention him waking up the whole village. I also appreciated the backstory about the pipers in the word wars. And of course Highland Laddie is such a nice tune! My old pipe band played it for me when I had to leave them so it was just perfect in your story! Thanks so much!

He decided to stop reminding the teachers that he didn’t have any parents to make presents for, too. Instead, he did the projects as he was told, writing Happy Christmas, Happy Mother’s Day, Happy Father’s Day, and signing empty “I love you’s” to people who did not exist for him. He decided not to throw them away like Aunt Petunia had done with his either, and instead saved them like she had with Dudley’s presents. He kept them under the mattress on the cot in his cupboard like he did with all other things that were precious to him, which really didn’t amount to much.
Harry often wondered what it would be like to have a parent who treasured his handmade gifts like Aunt Petunia did with Dudley, a parent who didn’t see his presence as a nuisance. Maybe that’s why he kept these things, for the hope that someday, maybe, he’d have someone he could give them to. Someone who would treat them as a keepsake, someone who would treat him like something of value.
Maybe someday.

- Hi, I read a few of your works and let me just say I just love them! You’re a very talented writer! This fiction just shows it again. It’s amazing how you can create a whole cosmos in just a few paragraphs (although of course I wanted to read more ;)) and this world was especially sad and sweet.

I don't like reading one-shots because sometimes they're just so so good and I don't want to leave them after just a few pages. Yours certainly wasn't an exception. I loved it!
