- One of the few fics that I have ever read that includes knitting. I never thought of knitting as a way to occlude before though.
As Harry enters his sixth year at Hogwarts, Voldemort's lengthening shadow stretches across the wizarding world and Harry is tormented by the knowledge that he alone can end this reign of terror. Worse, his mysterious mental link to Voldemort is stronger than ever and threatens to overwhelm him. Only Snape can teach him to control the nightmarish visions, but can Harry and Snape learn to trust one another, or will an old grudge that refuses to die destroy the wizarding world's sole hope of defeating the Dark Lord?

Thirteen-year-old Harry is forced into the body of another Harry in a parallel world, where Snape adopted him years ago. And Snape is enraged to discover that his son has been replaced by a stranger. In our world, Snape discovers a new Harry--one who sees him as a father he never wanted to be. Each Harry must learn to survive in a strange new world, and search for a way home.

- Excellent chapter except for the fact that it somehow got posted three times and got my hopes up for an update. It's kind of odd that Fudge and Severus are brothers though and it's certainly something new!

- I quite liked this chapter, especially the bit at the end. I love how Ron called out to his brothers to help Harry and the fight scene in general. Now I really want to see the consequences!

- It's like you've thrown a ton of years all into one year: Quirrel, the Chamber, Umbitch (I call her that too). I'm really liking this fic and I like how you update a few chapters at once. It makes longer waits easier. Severus/Harry interaction is great as well as Harry/Minerva interaction.
After the Dursleys' deaths - yeah, I cried, too - Snape unwillingly becomes seven-year-old Harry's guardian. How long will it take for him to give his archenemy's son a chance? WARNING: Contains corporal punishment, i.e. spanking, of a child.

- Very interesting. I can't wait for the next chapter! I love how Severus takes Harry's ignorance of normal life as sarcasm. That's kind of odd because most seven year olds can't do sarcasm. I guess Snape isn't an expert on being a guardian to young children! I like how you had the Dursley's die though; very funny.
Author's Response: I'll bet seven-year-old Snape did sarcasm! Or I could just see him pulling a Mikey as his mother tried to make baby food interesting. "Heh, heh. I'm still not eating it." But he's looking at Harry now and seeing James, who would probably make just such a comment. It'll be hard for both of them to adjust. Thanks for your comments!
Harry is getting abused by his relatives. When Snape and his wife find out about it, they adopt him. So now he has two little twin brothers and a caring family to cope with.

- Excellent fic! At first, I wasn't sure that I would like this fic because the speech was too formal as compared to the books but the story line is just excellent. I don't know how I never found this fic before!
Author's Response: Many people tell me that they first didn't know if they would like the fic, but then changed their opinion. I'm glad you like it as well. :) The speech problem is because I'm not a native Englsh speaker. I only had 5 years of English classes in school.
