- This just keeps getting better and better! I hope that Severus really learns what Harry is really like and that he and Harry can develop a good relationship eventually.
I liked that way you got into Harry's head and the deft transitions of point of view throughout the entire chapter. You characterizations were spot on as well. Keep up the good work! I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

- This was a wonderful chapter (in spite of the cliffie!) and I loved Harry's birthday present. Why do I get a feeling that Severus and Harry's polyjuice will run out before they can get home? I can hardly wait to find out what happens next.

- Short but excellent! Actually, I think short and exciting is the best way to deal with battles. And I don't mind at all that Voldemort's death was what some might consider anti-climatic. Actually, I think it is better that way. It's harder to make a martyr of him. I know that Sev and Harry will eventually be all right but I hope someone gets Bella real quick! Good work and I'm looking forward to the next chapter.
Author's Response: Thank you! We definitely don't want old Voldie becoming a martyr...he doesn't deserve that. As for dear Bella, she'll be on her way to Azkaban again soon, but she may be one of the villains in the sequel.

- Excellent chapter! I unfortunately don't have time to list everything I liked about it because I have to go to a meeting but I hope you'll take it as a given that I think this is the best chapter of all you've written in regards to exposition and character development. I also like the way you ended it.

- My, Severus has done some serious soul-searching, hasn't he? I like the way you are writing him. He's in character but more... human?...less in denial? I can't find other words to say what I mean. In any case, this is an excellent fic and whenever you are able to continue with it I will certainly read it. Bravissimi!

- This was a charming story and a fun read. It's also proof that a story doesn't have to be fifty chapters long to be a good one. I don't think that the characters are OOC. Living through a war changes the way the survivors react to things, so Severus' acceptance of events and the knowledge that Harry is actually his son and Harry's accepting Sev as his father are not problematic.
Great work and well done!

- This was a lovely story and I especially loved the fact that Sev and Harry did find the werewolf cure after all!
I didn't think that Sev and Harry were that much OOC. OOC is really a moot point when you are writing an AU fic anyway.
I'm glad you chose to have Tonks live. She's always been my favourite adult female character in the series.

- I don't know how I missed this story before. It's absolutely beautiful. I love the way you got into Hedwig's mind and her descriptions of things (particularly the Dursleys). Excellent writing!

Unexpected results, after a potions assignment, leave Severus and Harry struggling with reality. A forced stay at Grimmauld Place, that includes Draco, doesn't help matters.

- Oh, my! Talk about being railroaded! I don't want to think about what state Harry will be in by the time that potion is completed and Severus finds out just what his relationship to Harry is. A very well written story. I love the way you have done the dialog.
Author's Response: Yeah, Harry's state of well-being is in great jeapardy! Thanks for your comment about the dialog. I feel like I really struggle with that. I love dialog and feel that sometimes I don't put in enough descriptive paragraphs. I like to have my characters talking and doing versus the writer describing everything in painstaking detail. Thanks for the review.
