- I don't think it ended on an odd note. I enjoyed this chapter very much (As I have the previous ones). I am looking forward to seeing what the rest of Harry's birthday is going to be like. Blueberry pancakes and sausage links are my favourite breakfast, too, and now I'm hungry from reading about them. I especially loved the image of Harry sliding down the bannister. Bravo for your excellent storytelling!

Harry is the easy one to write about. Children that age are wonderful and full of mischief. I know that I wouldn't have been able to resist the bannister either. To be perfectly honest, I would STILL be tempted now.

- This is perfect just as it is, but I can certainly see it as the jumping off point for a multi-chapter fic. So if you have the inclination, I'd be interested in seeing where you take the storyline from here, especially the Draco part of things.
The Battle of Hogwarts has finally finished, but at a great cost. Harry no longer has anything to live for, and has come to two conclusions: either he commits suicide, or he changes the past, in order to be reunited with his loved ones. Deciding to choose the latter, he sets about his quest to vanquish evil for once and for all – by returning to that fateful night where it all began. True to his luck, he arrives too late. Follow Harry’s quest to change the past for the better.

- Scrofulous mumbletonia storafata! I'm certain that Petunia and Vernon think it's the Black Plague or something when (if it exists) is likely a minor problem contracted by wizarding houseplants. I'm still laughing about that.
But I was crying along with Harry on the Knight Bus and loving Severus for making it possible for Harry to finally tell what his "family" did every summer. And I just wanted to hug Severus as he told his own story.
This is a fabulous story!
