What if Harry went back into the past to try and change Dumbledore's mind about leaving him with the Dursleys. How would he change with a different childhood? This one is discontinued. I am rewriting it. New one same name just with v2 connected to title.

- Love it, your chapter held me reading I was sorry it ended. I assume that Harry is going to inform the others about Sirius not being the secret keeper and about Peter being the traitor...is he also going to tell them about other events like the chamber or about voldie's return etc...anyway looking forward to whatever you write next
Author's Response: Thank you for reading. You are correct Harry will inform them of Sirius' innocence and where to find Peter soon. But not sure he will devulge about the chamber.........chan't have Severus totally prepared for Harry's hyperness eh. lol

- I think Severus would be a good stabilising factor not only for Harry but for Sirius and Remus as well. As Dumbledore knows the truth about Peter now they can save Sirius, but with Sev helping his status as spy is forever lost and that may be good...he is best serving the side of good by being Harry's guardian more than being a spy. Sirius and Remus will have to hear from Harry himself that he wants Sev as his guardian otherwise they may not accept him.

- Peter is captured and Albus, Remus and Sev were able to save Sirius that was great, loved the part where Wormtail couldn't get to the sewer thrust Sev to think up of that LOL. Like that Remus rebuked Sirius for calling Sev Snivellus, there is some hope for Remus after all. Looking forward to Sirius meeting big Harry and finding out about raising Harry with Sev
Author's Response: Thank you. Yes Remus has grown up and is ready to help raise little Harry but I am afraid it is gonna take some time and coaxing for Sirius to grow up a bit.

- This chapter was so emotional...love the part when Harry climbed on Sev's lap I think it really showed how close Harry and Sev were - yes Harry mentioned it a few times but this simple action showed in a real way that Harry looked to Sev as a “Dad” and I think that more than anything at that point would have convinced the others including Sev. Happy that Sirius came around and realised how important all three of them especially Sev were to Harry.
Little Harry is too cute and loved the toys that big Harry transfigured for him. Sev could sing a lullaby to me anytime LOL.
Harry’s death was very emotional and even though they knew “him” only a short time I know each one of those present will remember him forever and consider him a person different from little Harry. There should be a funeral for James and Lily soon and it would be appropriate for those who were there to “bury” Harry along with his parents (I know there is no body but the memory of him)
Author's Response: It was very emotional for me to write as well. I agree that Sev can sing to me anytime. LOL Yes next is James and Lily's funerals and Harry and his Godfathers getting settled.
Snape had loved Lilly. And now Lilly was gone - but not toally. A little tyke with large emerald eyes was still there. All what Snape had to do was steal him.

- Harry is just toooo cute "his bottom always stung for … uh years and years after a smacking" he is just to adorable
Instead of the Weasleys coming to get Harry in the flying car, Snape shows up at Privet Drive to rescue him, because he did not not show up for the start of his second year at Hogwarts. Will eventually be a Snape-adopts-Harry fic.

- Great first chapter looking forward to more...I assume the money is coming from an allowance the family gets from the Potter estate to take care of Harry; Petunia knows Harry dumped the alcohol to save Dudley and herself from Vernon's wrath in her own way she cares for the boy. Well I hope Sev comes soon to save Harry (as well as Petunia and Dudley).
Author's Response: Well, you shall certainly see about that. While Severus will not come to save Petunia and Dudley too, you have given me an idea. I think in perhaps the next five chapters or so, I will mention something about how the Dursleys are coping with an alcoholic Vernon. - Wow so is Severus keeping Harry from Hogwarts is it only going to be like a week or for a long time... Harry needs a guardian like Sev who will help him but not cuddle him.

While I'm not entirely sure of how long Severus is going to keep Harry from Hogwarts yet, I know that it will not be for an extremely long time. I would thing one month at the most, but it may be less than that. Thanks for the review!

- Making Harry pick his own switch and giving him the spanking of his life was really a well earned punishment but the child also needs love and understanding. His godfather just died and not only Harry knows he was innocent but Harry had hoped that Sirius would have taken him away from the Dursleys with Sirius' death Harry's hope of a normal life has also died. Hopefully Sev can fill the void
Author's Response: I agree, but for Snape to fill the void, he has to overcome his own issues. Snape engages in behavior that could be described as emotionally (well, verbally) abusive-- for someone who's been abused, the struggle not to become one's mother/father can be daunting.

- Vernon Dursley got his just reward -exactly what he deserved LOL. I think that while Harry deserves to be punished for his rudeness to the adults Sev has to take time and talk with the boy about everything that is going on in his life
Author's Response: I agree, but at the same time, I don't see Snape being the "Let's talk about it" type. I can see that being a challenge for him: Getting over the idea that children should always obey every order exactly without question. Just as Harry has to learn to obey reasonably ( and without attitude. I've always thought Harry had an awful attitude).
