    Not to be mean, but my personal preference is that I don't like reading flashbacks, so I find myself just skipping over them. I would rather just read the sequence of events straight through rather than forward then back, forward then back. A flashback every now and again isn't bad, but so far they're all over the place. Otherwise I'm enjoying the story.

    nah...You're not mean at all. To be quite honest, they are the only parts of the story I wish I could get rid of or find another place for.  But it would make rewriting this story even more of an undertaking than it already is and the information contained in them is vital.  There are a few more, but not many. After chapter nine, they're pretty much gone, so hang in there. I'm happy that you're enjoying the story otherwise.

    Can't wait to see more! As I read this story I keep thinking that a moment will come where Snape and Harry still think it's not real, but Harry sits in Sev's arms crying and says, "I wish you were my real dad," or something of the sort.

Once it is confirmed that the two children are Severus Snape and Siruis Black...and that both children, for some reason refuse to go with anyone other than Harry Potter... things get interesting.
