- This last chapter somehow doesn't convince me very well, if you know what I mean. How on earth is he going to know where to fly if he went via floo and apparition? And why would he be so stupid as to go anyhow? I guess the girl didn't convince me much either...
Prior to this chapter I was really getting into your story. Now I'm honestly not sure I can suspend disbelief long enough. I am going to track in anyhow to see where you are going with this...
Author's Response: Thanks for the review, I appreciate hearing your opinion on things. I wasn't too sure about the latest plot line either, to tell you the truth, I just wanted my fic to be a bit different and not follow the exact same pattern as all the others; perhaps that will be my failing. Don't worry about him knowing where to fly though, he won't. Hopefully the extra information and his problems next chapter will help to convince you more. I really do hope you continue with my story, even if this latest plot line doesn't interest you, it will be over in a couple of chapters and maybe you could pick it up from there? Thanks for the constructive crit!

It has been often said that a father and son can overcome anything, that family can overcome anything as long as there is love between them...but what if there isn't love but only hate? In a time of war most rely on their family and friends, but who can Harry rely on when he can't tell his friends that Severus Snape is his father? Especially with how curious they are of his secrets already. It isn't like he has Snape, anyway...to Snape he isn't more than just a burden after all, right? So in his time of need who can Harry turn to? Who can help him as he completes the task that was set on him?

- I have enjoyed this story a lot so far. Congratulations on writing a really good tale! You do have some areas of opportunity as far as grammar and certain expressions (making it obvious that English is not your native language), but they don't usually detract from comprehension.
I look forward to reading more!
Summer after fourth year is finally over, and things are not as expected when Harry makes it back to the magical world. Badly broken and determined for it to stop, Harry turns to, surprisingly, a certain Potions Master, who in turn finds within himself, of all places, a heart still beating and waiting to love, and be loved in turn.

- Just because there's not a lot of ACTION doesn't make it boring. Lots of interesting reflection going on, although I do wonder if Sirius isn't a bit OOC being so nice to Sev, even after the memories from Harry...then again, that could be from me reading way too many Sirius-bashing fics...
After the Dursleys' deaths - yeah, I cried, too - Snape unwillingly becomes seven-year-old Harry's guardian. How long will it take for him to give his archenemy's son a chance? WARNING: Contains corporal punishment, i.e. spanking, of a child.
