Harry runs into Snape while trying to find the definition of home, and finds himself drawn into Snape's summer Order task by the headmaster, looking for a location outside of London. Along the way, he and Snape learn a few new definitions themselves.

Poor Harry losing Dumbledore so slowly, I love Dumbledore for maintaining his cheery outlook, trying to enjoy and make enjoyable the time he has left. Thanks again for another enjoyable read.
Just a week into his 3rd year Harry comes up with a rather reckless plan involving the Slytherins. Its consequences change the course of the year more than he could ever have suspected, and make him get closer to Snape than he'd have liked...3rd year AU

I can't wait to see how Harry will get along with the Slytherins. You've set up some interesting scenarios for more to be discovered about Harry and I hope Harry will discover more about the Slytherins too. I look forward to the next part Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing! Yes, a stay in Slytherin will widen Harry's horizon!
Author's Response: "Interesting that Draco didn't have any personal items out."- interesting that you read it that way! I mean, I certainly wrote it that way but I hadn't thought about it like that. What I wanted to show was merely that in spite of the overly rich background (most expensive trunk in the room) there is still something normal about him (Quidditch poster). Thanks for reviewing and sharing your thoughts with me! Third installment of the 'Remember My Last' series, following 'Rain and Lilies', which is the prequel to RML. Harry takes his youngest son to visit the grave of the Bravest Man he ever knew. Please R&R!

Author's Response: You lost me on the romaji thing Orpheneritus. I'll have to google that. Influences from the orient pop up throughout the trilogy but the main influx will be in the last book: What Matters Most. (But I think I am only going to do a Sevitus version for only this first fic). I am pleased you are enjoying the story and thanks so much for sharing. Hugs, SHaria
Sequel to the Definition of Home. Now back at Hogwarts, Harry balances school and his home life as he prepares to face Voldemort and learns to trust Snape's guidance. Along the way they both learn that family also means support.
