His full name was Harry Severus Evans. Aurors had saved him as a little boy and he had gone to live with his uncaring relatives until they left him at an orphanage three years ago. Now ten years old, Harry runs away to find his father even though he has no idea where Severus Snape lives. But can the man be there for his son when the boy needs him most? Can Harry finally have the family he longs for? He's not the boy-who-lived, nor does he have a destiny to defeat Voldemort...he's quite simply, just Harry.

- This story is every parent's nightmare. When I had our twins, I let out a sigh of relief that we had two boys and their father would handle the "talk." Well, guess what, he handled the male side of it. I was stuck to talk to them about the women's side of it........oh well, at least they were embarrassed by both of us instead of one! Thank you for a lovely story.

- I am so enjoying this story. This last chapter, the last paragraphs had me in tears. Two hurt and broken young men, who, if only given the chance can heal each other. Harry has a forgiving nature, if he truly believes that Severus really has changed toward him, all will be forgiven with time. Forgiven, yes, forgotten, never. Thank you for the update. I look forward to your next.

- Wanted to let you know how much I have been enjoying your story. I love the relationship between Sev and Harry. I always believed that with Sev's background he was the only staff member how could truly understand all that was Harry (if he has just let himself). You have taken my belief so much further. Thank you for a wonderful story. I'm a terrible person, I read and read and half the time forget to review. Just remember, I may not review every chapter but I so enjoy every chapter.

Sequel to the Definition of Home. Now back at Hogwarts, Harry balances school and his home life as he prepares to face Voldemort and learns to trust Snape's guidance. Along the way they both learn that family also means support.

- Wanted to read the entire story before I reviewed. I love how Harry and Sev's relationship is coming. Wish Harry would tell Ron and Hermine though. I love Harry as a 6 yr old. That cream, some sort of "truth" potion, or just one that relaxes you so much it losens your mouth?? I await your next installment. Thank you!
