Hi all,

I'm Lisa and I've read too many excellent fics on here not to be inspired enough to write my own and be part of this brilliant society of aspiring authors ^-^.  I love almost anything if it's well-written and firmly believe Snape and Harry should have had for more book-time... well, Snape... I think Harry had enough ^-^ but I'll settle for the multitude of fics in which they have the relationship they should have, both being so similar and all.  I have to admit I love the sappy fluffy stuff more than I should though... but that's just me ^-^ (beware of fluff in my own work ^-^)

I'll try to be original but I'm of the opinion that similar storylines can be written by different people to become something wholly unique because writing styles to me are like snow flakes (or something equally poetic ^-^).

As to my house... well as the quote from one of my favourite fics goes, "those that tended to escape reality in books gravitated toward Ravenclaw" and that's summed me up my entire life ^-^

I'm a bit whimsy but quite friendly and more than happy to chat, though I'll try not to bug people with an inbox full of adoring reviews... no matter how awesome their writing may be.

    Aww poor Draco... although I always find it a tad hard to feel too sorry for him and no doubt Harry will befriend him further in his own time (or he'll find more of a friend in Remus than he realised)... and dont you just wanna hug Harry? This is like, as good as his life gets and he still gets reminded about the slavery and about Sirius... *hugs Harry... and Sev* (cos he's there and we dont want him feeling left out ^^) I love your Ron. Hermione too but your Ron... aww... really aww ^^. Ha, your Ron and mine should compare notes (I know I stashed him under my bed somewhere).

    Have to say I reacted to this update like I have since I started reading this - the last 30-40 chapters popped up in my inbox and I squee and get all chirpy and giggly and yay... ey... yayey...? Anyway, you are awesomeness itself and I can never wait for more but somehow I manage not to spontaneously combust between updates and Im sure I wont this time either ^^ Have fun and hope for more soon and yay, I'm gonna go reread it ^^

    Oh, I'm sorry this has taken so long to reply.  I love that you love Ron...I love him too.  Despite his flaws, I think he's a good person and a good friend.  Thank you for the kind words...I'm really anxious for another Antonomasia chapter too!

    Oooh! "The slavery spell," Harry said for him, ignoring the pang in his heart. - he's having heart pangs!!! Sorry, I've had too much sugar. But heart pangs!!! Everytime he thinks of the spell!!! That cant be good...

    Oh, I do hope this fic never ever ends... it wont will it? (because I'm so realistic when it comes to what I want ^^) - Im actually surprised Sev hasnt accidentally ordered Harry to do something that went undone and Harry was punished for... although if it reads intent... hmm... I think I'll keep my musing inside my head until it's, you know, rational (and legible ^^).

    Author's Response: Oh, thanks again!  Well, I guess it'll have to end eventually, lol.  I'm not sure what I'll do with myself then either.  As for Harry being punished by the slavery spell, there is a reason why it's been dormant that will be explained eventually.  Hope it won't disappoint.

    Build that tension ^^ I Reeeeeeally hope you update sooner rather than later because that ending has my brain working overtime ^^

    Very glad that they are talking about Sirius, I think that's one of those things that's been an undercurrent in Harry's life since it happened and in this fic its been a huge motivator for some of his decisions so it makes sense that it would take a great deal of work to sort out in his head. It's a shame Remus seems uninterested in being in Harry's life (*thinks back to a few chapters ago when he looked as if he wanted to say something and didnt... hmmm...*)

    "So Hedwig's bringing you gifts now too?" --- I cracked the goofiest smile when I read that... Awww, I keep forgetting but it's so gorgeous the extent to which your Sev will make Harry feel happier and love life more... imagine if that spell was really gone, their lives would be officially perfect! Does that mean we are coming to the end of this little (haha!) fic? (nooooo!)

    Hope life is sweet and that you're smiling lots (and that you're ready for that last HP movie, I personally have my hands perpetually over my eyes so I'm ready for all of those "No, no, this isnt really happening!" moments... makes it hard to type and... walk... but these things must be done. Sigh. You are awesomeness.

    Thank you!  I'm so happy you liked the chapter.  Yes, absolutely Sirius has always been in the back of Harry's mind, and his grief and guilt have affected him.  It is something that he needed to share and let out, though healing will take time.  And Severus loves Harry whole-heartedly.  Helping Harry to feel better is Severus' top priority.

    Well, no, I don't think so.  I have other ideas...some more troubles with Greyback and Dolohov, and perhaps Lucius Malfoy, too.  I have ideas that involve Remus and a new character too.  Some of these may not make it into the fic, as I'm playing around them.  I had originally intended to end the story at Christmas, with the resolution of the slavery spell, and then write a sequel.  But I'm not sure if I had enough ideas to make a comparable-length sequel (and I didn't want to write just a short one), so I decided to make the original story longer and try to incorporate the new ideas.  We'll see how it works out.

    Oh, yes, I'm very ready for DH 2.  It will be hard to see all the deaths, but that's what fanfic is for, right?

    Awwww! I'm gonna burst from the squeeness of it all! Only you could turn such a horrible, heart-wrenching moment as when that... mean bully-dude... tipped out the polyjuice into something so heart-warming ^^

    And who wouldnt do what Draco would when that ass said that to Harry!!! I cant believe he said that!!! Very well done indeed, there's no way to feel sympathetic for those two, even when they have their little chat with Sev... which I am very much looking forward to ^^ Nothing better than protective-sev ^^

    And I loved that everyone knew it was him despite the polyjuice ^^ I mean, he wasnt acting very Weasley-ish I suppose but that Dean and Seamus were trying to be all covert about it was just too cute ^^

    I really cant wait for more, but then I've never been very patient when it comes to anything you write (eg, seeing the update in my inbox and immediately forgetting all else in order to read this... twice... or more... you cant prove anything ^^)

    Hope life is being kind and that you're looking forward to Christmas... surely everyone should be on holidays by now right?

    Thank you, sproutchild!  I'm glad you enjoyed it.  I wanted to give Draco a moment to begin redeeming himself, to show that he has changed, and it was lots of fun to write...glad you liked it.  And yeah, I thought the other kids might be a little suspicious if some never-before-mentioned Weasley cousin just happened to show up at the Ball, along with Severus and Draco.  But they're good friends so they weren't going to blow Harry's cover.  

    And btw, I'd love to read a chapter of "Antonomasia", too!

    Oh that is so totally sad! But then I want to cry everytime I read something about him actually dying (still in denial ^-^). You did a fantastic job of his emotions though and there was that great little hint in there that he really had noticed Harry's less than perfect appearance in the past.
