Title: Chapter 7: To Witches and Wizards and Magical Feasts

I'm so glad to see this updated. This isn't really the end, is it? Or is there a sequel in the works. Lovely story.
Where once a boy of 17 had to learn to let go of his burdens, now a man of 18 must learn how to hold on when all in his life seems to go awry. Harry and Severus are still learning how to live as father and son, and Harry and Ginny are learning how to cope with their new little family as well. Voldemort’s terrorist attacks are on the rise, and Harry and Ginny are in more danger than they ever were, with more at stake than ever. Sequel to Letting Go.
Takes Place: 8 - Post Hogwarts (young adult Harry)

Personally, I think Harry would be foolish to consider playing professional quidditch with Voldiewarts still on the loose. Knowing Voldie's leanings toward terrorist tactics, he wouldn't think twice about blowing up a stadium full of people just to get to Harry. How would Harry feel then, feeling responsible for the deaths of countless innocents? Something to think about. Lovely chapter, btw.
Author's Response: Thanks. Yeah, these things will be on Harry's mind, but tehre are also other story pieces that haven't come into play yet that would make this possible or impossible. Thanks for your input!

Well, Malfoy's a snotty little toerag, isn't he? Good chapter.

This is interesting. At least Severus is safe with Harry and Ginny. But why can't he act normally, if that's what they want? Some kind of monitoring spell?
Author's Response: He was brainwashed in the prison - taught to hate his past and his former identity (that is, everything up to the summer of 1998). Now he just follows what he was taught. No, there is no monitoring spell at all.

Poor Harry! He's going to spend all his time just getting the snarkiness back into Sev's attitude. And what happens if someone is unjustly enslaved? Can they be freed by the ministry?
Author's Response: That's a question that's I'm going to answer a bit in Ch 4, and in (hopefully) entirety in the Ch 7 or 8, not yet written.
After an incident at the Dursley's, Harry finds he needs help. Will this be the catalyst for two unlikely characters forming a respectful relationship between one another, or are we kidding ourselves that one of the two can ever overcome his bitterness..

Hmm... who's calling, I wonder? Nice couple of chapters.
Author's Response: Who indeed! Thanks... misundersnape...
Albus Dumbledore admits he often asks too much, but this time he has decided to ask something altogether different. With the shadows of war encircling them all, it will take incredible wit and strength to see his soldiers through to the end. What he needs, more than anything, is for them to work together - and Albus is nothing if not full of ideas on how to make the impossible happen.

Every year Harry Potter writes a letter to his second son, who is growing up surrounded by friends and family, new and old. Ignores a good chunk of the epilogue, happy and light.

A very sweet story. I love how you portrayed Albus Severus... er, Severus Albus... whatever.

Great update, but too short! *whine* Love this story! I think you're writing both Severus and Harry very well. I wonder what Dumbledore will say when he hears Harry's relatives have been starving him? Hopefully, he won't be a dork about it.
Author's Response: Thank you! Yes, I noticed that the chapter was quite short when I saw the word count after uploading, but don't worry; the chapters will get longer as the story progresses, I promise :)! Thank you very much for the feedback!

And the mystery grows deeper! It's not hard to surmise why Harry thinks magic is evil... but what's this with the glowing white eyes? Hmm... I look forward to reading more.
Author's Response: I think the next chapter will solve part of the mystery *tries hard not to give spoilers*. Thank you for the feedback!
