- I love the story, and think you're doing great.
As for Harry's age, he was without a doubt 17 months old. no argument. he was born July 31 and his parents were killed October 31 the year he turned 1. July to October is 5 months, therefore, 12+5=17.

Something isn't working right with the alerts on this site. I'v enoticed that many who followed this fic aren't recieving them and I don't know why. You used to recieve an alert if you Favorited me as an author or the story itself. Now I don't understand why that isn't happening.

As for your penname, I dont think it's anyone else's business what you choose to use. Personally I think it's very childish and unoriginal that everyone seems to use Snape, Slytherin, Severus or some combination thereof.
You're writers for Merlin's sake. BE ORIGINAL NOT A RIP OFF!!
