- Wow. It sounds like Hagrid's obsession with inappropriate creatures is catching. Congratulations on posting your first story! I enjoyed it, especially when Snape was knocked over. I wonder if the satisfaction of yelling at Potter helped with his headache?
Author's Response: Haha well I think of the Trio Harry has always had the biggest weakness for *exciting* magical creatures and he does just love pets! When does shouting at a Potter not help? It'll fix (or at least alleviate) whatever ails you. Thanks for the review!

- That was a fun story! Poor Snape. A fluffy black bunny. No wonder he was furious with Ron. At least the only one who knows is Harry and he was so out of it that he thinks it was a dream.
Mired in guilt at failing to protect the Potter boy, Snape takes a week's leave from Hogwarts and ends up reminiscing at a park where he comes face to face with the ghosts of his past.

- That was a neat story. I hope you would decide to do a follow up at some time. Since Severus had been mourning Harry for so long, his perception of him is completely different from canon and would make an interesting story.
Author's Response: Thanks. We'll see about the follow-up. I tried a few times to make it a short story, but the characters kept misbehaving. One in particular kept trying to be a complete and total jerk when I didn't want them to be. If I can figure out how to keep that character in line, we might have something.
A spell Harry uses to ascertain Snape's loyalties goes horribly wrong. Will Snape use his newfound power over Harry to destroy him? Eventual Severitus. Absolutely no slash.

- I can see why Harry would be shaken by these new visions. Since Snape seemed rattled, it can't be intentionally from him. Looking forward to more.

- That was a surprise. I wonder why Harry ran away and why he didn't take his wand, especially in the storm. Your description of the storm has really shown its ferocity. Snape's pounding while in the floo was a good way to show that. I'm glad he was sensible enough to have some protection so he wouldn't get hurt too badly during his floo trip.

- I hope Harry can build up his confidence. At least he has Snape to confide in. I wonder if something happened with Ron or Ginny that Bill is calling Severus? Looking forward to finding out. I noticed that when Snape saw Bill, you stated that 'he blemished.' I believe the word you wanted may be blanched (to go white). A blemish is an imperfection.

Thank you! I had completely misunderstood the meaning of ”to blemish” - and was sure enough not to look it up, too! I must have seen it used that way somewhere else, so I’ll blame it on the fact that I read far too much fanfiction - apparently it’s not healthy for your vocabulary :-) Luckily there are people like you to rectify it!
Bill’s appearance in Snape’s floo is not about Ron or Ginny, though…

- It's good that Harry and Severus are getting along so well, though I wonder what Snape wrote that had him so concerned? His resurrection seems like it made it easier for Severus to adjust to the changes since Voldemort was defeated. He seems easier going and more patient. His student should like that. I'm a bit sorry for Albus though. He is back but not long enough to be able to help Harry from the sound of it. No wonder he is so sad.

- That was a moving chapter. I felt for poor Severus. He is an introvert who wants to be an extrovert, something that was shoved at me during my school years. Teachers hated that I would rather read sometimes than join my fellow students during recess. Forcing yourself to be something you aren't just doesn't work. Still, he did manage to make some friends. Now he just needs to realize that not every friendship needs to be a deep one.
