    I wonder what tipped Harry off that the cat was Snape? Harry may dislike Severus but he wouldn't harm him, especially when Snape is in the form of an injured cat. Severus really doesn't know much about Harry, if he believes Potter will harm him.

    Severus seems very emotional in his cat form. Still, he is hurt and feeling guilty about his treatment of Harry so that is probably affecting him, too. I'm looking forward to finding out what happened to the door. Did Albus come to the rescue? Is it Death Eaters?

    I don't know what elderly dogs think but this is what getting older feels like. You still want to do everything you used to do but things just don't work very well any more. I liked your story very much. Harry had a long full life and was ready to move on.

    Whew! That was quite a beginning. If everyone who was injured or killed by Snape's potions is there, Severus is in for a nasty time. I hope Harry gets Dumbledore.

    The judging is interesting. I like the the scales are weighing whether the act was good or bad rather than the victims. Harry isn't supposed to be watching but I wonder if he can hear what is going on? Looking forward to finding out who the next spirit is.

    Author's Response: If the victim got to judge he'd be in much more trouble than he already is. As for Harry, he can hear Snape but nothing else.

    So glad to get another chapter of this story. It's a favorite of mine. I thought Lily was rather hard on Snape. Though, I imagine, she wanted him to move on from his obsession with her. I was glad that Sirius apologized, at least. Looking forward to the next chapter.

    Author's Response: She does want him to move on, but for his own sake not because she is in any way upset by the fact that she was the impetus for his return to the Light or that he has done good things in her memory. She was hard on him because she knows he can do better.
