An accident leads to a discovery, a discovery that neither Harry Potter nor Professor Severus Snape can abide. Now they have to live in the same castle knowing what they know. Each of them has friends who think they should give their relationship a chance. Friends really should mind their own business. Note: The warnings seem ominous but this is not a dark story, quite the contrary. The instances that include the warned of moments will simply be briefly referred to and not minutely examined.

- wonderful! that - Not Potter. No, Potter. Please do not Merlin, Potter! - I hope it's because he has mistreated unfairly if it is not ... well, I hope soon as it truly understands Harry.

Author's Response: Thank you and yeah, it's because he hates Harry but that will change eventually. I don't want him to decide he loves Harry out of pity so first he has to see Harry for who he really is before he can come to realize he's been stupid about him all along.
