I began writing fanfiction on wattpad and decided to branch out a bit. I'm really only making an account so I can submit stories for challenges, but I like to beta-read as well.

Besides my accounts on here, livejournal, and FF.net, I also have an A03 account. Most of my Hobbit and Sherlock fanfics are there, but I do have some Harry Potter stuff there. My name there is the same as my one here: beargirl1393

    I just found this story, and I think it's very interesting. I nearly fell out of my chair when Harry flopped to the ground when he realized he nearly toasted Severus. For Harry's name, I looked up the word 'dragon' in a few languages. Kelekona is Hawaiian, and Naga is Sanskrit, actually closer to man-serpent than dragon.

    I know this is complete, but I think you could do a series in this AU, changing what happened in the books because Snape will remember everything from what happened the first time around, and Harry will remember some of it. Like the diary could be destroyed without releasing the basilisk, and Harry and Severus can visit the Chamber anyway to collect venom and scales from the basilisk. It'd probably listen to Harry if Voldemort wasn't around. Regardless, this was really good!

    Is Snape going to have to spy in this? I can only imagine if he went home after a torture session with Voldemort and Harry saw him, how Harry would react. Also, I love Snape's last line!

It's close to the start of the Harry's fifth year when he receives a mysterious letter on his fifteenth birthday. The contents, strange and confusing claims that his true parents were not Lily and James Potter.

This starts a series of events that reveals not only a fifteen year old guarded secret, but one that is much, much older.     Is Harry only sick because of what his relatives did, or is part of it his magic readjusting to who he really is, without the blood spell? What kind of creature is lucius? Severus said Harry looked like he was on the edge of an Ancient Wood Elf inheritance, so is that what Lucius is, or did he just say that because Harry was so small and skinny? Also, is Severus part creature too? Why would the Headmaster come looking for Severus & Lucius? He wouldn't have any reason to suspect they know about what happened, right? Sorry for all the questions, but I really like this story so far, and am intrigued as to how this will all play out.

    Will Dumbledore figure out what happened? Also, shouldn't Severus and Lucius take Harry for school supplies, like a bonding thing? There would have to be disguises, but that would be nice

    This was interesting. I'd read a little about this war in school for a project, but I'd forgotten most of it until now. Snape's feelings and reluctance to talk about it seem realistic, mirroring my grandfather's responses when I had asked him about his time serving in WWII. I'm interested to see where this will go.
