    A really great story, and I love the ending even though I was at first disappointed that they didn't stay in the past/alternate universe. This ending is perfect.

    So the aftereffects from the Cruciatus Severus is suffering is similar to that of a stroke's? Interesting, I felt this was well written and I look forward to the rest!

    Author's Response: Well spotted! Yes, I actually read up on stroke victims and based Severus' troubles on that, to some degree. I tried to educate myself as much as I could on the matter so I don't absolutely butcher the concept. I have always thought that the cruciatus could affect someone in similar ways as a storke. I am glad you thought this chapter was well written, and thank you for the review!

    I loved the Sev-Harry interactions in the chapter but the nighttime bit was most definitely my favorite. "Keep still or I will feed you beans." Although I felt the Fate bit was a bit weird as she seemed close to a MarySue to me, but the rest of the chapter was awesome.

    Thanks for the feedback. How, may I ask, does she seem MarySue? It's confusing for me, because I know her backstory and have carefully creatred her character though she IS very powerful and thus can do things others can't. Could you help me by explaining what you thought was Mary Sue about her, or what gave that impression?
