- I'm sorry to hear your mom was sick and I hope she continues to improve.
I loved this chapter! I love the way Harry remains scared but still hopeful and even hopeful against his own instincts. You are playing this so well. And I like Ian's response of being a little jealous even though he knows he shouldn't be. That is such a normal response. I can't wait for the next chapter

- I loved that Ian was excited about the firebolt. I hope he doesn't start to get jealous. I would Luke to see Harry have a relationship with both of his family members. It seems just like Harry to forget everything else at seeing a picture of his mother.

- I love that Severus is trying to reach Harry, but it is so sad to see that Harry really doesn't trust him. I think that is a very realistic response, though. I don't think a child who has been abused and abandoned would be quick to share personal details with another person who has rejected him for 2 years.

- I love that Harry and Ian are starting to find some common ground! Sibling relationships are tough but I think that it would be easier to make amends with a distant brother than a father. Still loving this story
