Author's Response: I'm so sorry I haven't updated lately. I've been really busy with real life, and it's stopped me from updating, but I haven't forgotten about it, I promise.
Around a young witch or wizard's eleventh birthday they acquire wings, a sign that they have developed their full magic. Many worship their new wings, but to Harry, it's just another sign that he is a freak. Severus Snape is assigned his guardian over the summer before Harry's first year. It is up to him to teach young Harry the ways of the wizarding world and to come to terms with his newfound fame. But there is darkness lurking around every corner, and if Harry is not careful, it will be the last thing he ever knows. Eventual Severitus.

After Harry and Draco's fight Dumbledore doesn't forgive Harry. The school riots and Harry is no longer allowed to be a normal 6th year student. Dumbledore has some ideas to keep the peace, but is angry with the entire school. How do the other teachers react to all of this?

- Brilliant as always... I love how you have shown how Snape cares for Potter (in a weird way) and also how Malfoy is not everything he seemed to Potter before. I am looling forward to the next chapter... Btw, how did Harry manage to clean the teapot if tje pot was so horrible? Is Harry better than a house elf? Or are the teachers just negligent of hygiene?
Author's Response: Thanks a lot :) I think a house elf would insist on using soap to clean the teapot and some brits are a bit funny about that. I think he got through it with elbow grease.

- The first chapter was very short, so not unpleasant but not brilliant either. This chapetr seems to have covered the whole scenario much better, and the glamours are a good way to show it all. Will be watching out for the next update.
Author's Response: I tried making the first chapter longer but it just didn't work. This third chapter is actually the first one I planned and wrote, and is the best at setting it out. Throughout the chapters, make sure you note when it is that people can/can't see through the glamours. It gives a clue as to how they work, and I'm not sure how much I'll spell it out in-story.
