    Wonder if this will help Severus see through the cracks in Harry's façade. Probably not--Snape is too stubborn, and (to be fair) Harry has done too good a job of building up his persona. It'll be interesting to see where this goes next!

Harry spends the summer turning life in Diagonalley on its head, trying not to worry about the murderer Sirius Black, and attempting to avoid Severus Snape. In the midst of this he finds himself embroiled in an intense legal battle against Albus Dumbledore to decide his future.     I wonder if Dumbledore had anything to do with that article The Prophet put out.

    Author's Response: Dumbledore didn't.  The Prophet office is right there on Diagon and changing Diagon would be big news so they want to write about it.  Wizards don't like change (evidenced by the way they still light Hogwarts with candles, don't use modern communication, etc), so they definitely disapprove of changing the alleys up, which is why the Prophet wrote the article the way they did instead of writing it up in a positive light.  I think they have to see that a change is positive first before they take to it.  To be fair however, I think a lot of regular Muggles are like that too :p
