Author's Response: Sorry about the grammar problems. I had thought to write this in the present tense, but after the first paragraph I drifted into the past tense. A couple of reviewers on ff.net pointed this out, and I tried to fix it here. But somehow, the earlier version got posted. This is what I meant by learning about posting. I'm also having computer issues in which dreadful typing problems pop up spontaneously. Thanks for the input. I'll try to do a better job of proofreading in the future.
