Title: Chapter 33: Resorting To Resorting

So nice to see another chapter! I'm glad that Victoria got sorted into slytherin. Hopefully it will create some opportunity for her to (reluctantly) get closer to her father. You had the emotions spot on in this chapter-the pre-teen Victoria and surly, yet trying to be patient Severus. Your characters are just so great, and the development is realistic. Love the whole story.--oh and I really liked that you briefly mentioned Madam Pomfrey. It tied in well with the beginning of the story and the whole situation Victoria found herself in.

A lovely chapter! You write the conflicting emotions so well. I really liked the part from Victoria about Snape having had enough when she started sniffing. I look forward to the struggeling road ahead.

I was surprised to see this update. I must have somehow missed it and didn't catch it until I read your other story. Sorry for not being able to review the previous few chapters. I read them when they were posted but have not been feeling well so this will be a joint review. You do a great job as always and I have enjoyed the updates. I was a bit disappointed in Victoria 2 chapters back when she choose to sneak out, go to the headmaster and then lie to Snape about it. I thought she was pretty rude and wouldn't be too undeserving of a smack or 2 to the backside. Then I was so happy when they somewhat reconciled in the next chapter. It was so sweet. This chapter was great too. I am almost hoping that she will get a glimpse at what a real family is and how they treat and respect each other and come back a little apologetic to Snape regarding her previous behavior. Great job!

Yes, another chapter of one of my favorite stories! I don't know how you do it but excellent job yet again. I absolutely loved this chapter. The emotions are great and so realistic. You portray Victoria and Snape's internal struggle so well and I enjoy seeing them work toward resolution. Victoria realizes that she does need and want to be wanted and Snape is trying to work on his temper. Great job showing that without changing their personalities. Dumbledore still gives me the creeps. He is so manipulative. He's insisting on calling her Harry and the try to get her to sneak around and lie instead of encouraging a good reslationship with her father. To me the whole Hermione visit seemed like a bribe to get on her good side. Can't wait to see what his game is. I hope she will still be in slytherin both for the extra drama and to get closer to Severus. I'm curious to see if Victoria will get caught being out? Maybe Flitwick or Minerva? Thanks for an excellent chapter. I look forward to the next one.
Harry has always wished for someone to care, for a family of his own. On his birthday, he finds out that a certain Potions Master is his father, but Severus has finally settled into life with his other son. Can Harry finally have the family he has longed for, or will he always be the unwanted one?

Great job! I'm enjoying your story and can't wait for more. Can't help to think Harry's going to hear something he wish he wouldn't or end up being n trouble for eavesdropping.
Author's Response: Thanks! I'm glad you're enjoying it!

Great chapter! I love that you keep the angst going. Great job at keeping it realistic too with the relationship between Snape and Kieran. Even if he doesn't like the way he (or his mother) acts he's still his son and he has a certain responsibility.

Nice to see another update. Great job and I look forward to seeing some more Snape and Harry interaction in the future. I think are a lot of issues that need to be worked through/discussed still and can't wait wait to see how it goes. Keep up the great work!
The twins weren’t kidding when they said there would be a magical test in order to be sorted. They just didn’t specify what it was. Harry, along with the other children of his year, must take a magical test of strength before the teachers would even consider letting them get sorted. The only problem is, Harry doesn’t know magic. The most he can do is spit out sparkles. With the teachers and the rest of the school watching, will Harry manage to pass his test, or will he be expelled before he is even able to step foot in the castle? A short, three-chapter story in response to JAWorley's Magical Test Sorting challenge.

What a great story! You have me wishing for more. I like that you leave us hanging instead of telling us which house Harry ended up in. With all the competitions the story did feel a little hunger game inspired, but that is not a bad thing. It's actually an interesting twist. I wasn't a fan of that many kids getting seriously during the test, but that's just my personal preference. Excellent job!
