- Brilliantly written as always. Sadly, this is extremely realistic. I really like that you have Snape start to feel something for Harry without making him all mushy.

You are spectacular at building up angst like none other. I expected this to just be some random off chapter but by the end I was feeling so much dread and anticipation that when I got to the end I was like "WHERE"S THE NEXT PART!"
In general, you will always get more reviews on fanfiction, just because there are so many more people who use that site compared to this one. This one has a couple hundred at most, fanfiction has thousands. So don't take it personally on this site, it's normal :D

- There is one escape route that would be easily accessible and that would be by floo. Even if the school itself lost all its own floo powder the act of summoning it would likely garner results. I would try to find some way to explain why they won't do this beyond the fact that they don't know anywhere safe since places as far away as kings cross would not likely be flooded over those long distances.
