- I love this Harry. My heart hurts so bad when he just kept going back and sitting there in the cold waiting and hoping for a chance to play. I wanted to scream why do you keep going back but I knew why and it just hurt my heart all the more. Brilliant chapter! And the end there with Ron giving him the coat was a nice touch. Can't believe his vault is empty or near empty, he had so much! What happened?

- McGonagall sucks for saying that to him, no matter how attitude and behavior he is still one of her students! And my God, that last paragraph kicked me right in the chest. To see Harry only calming down cause he got detention, for him to purposely get detention just so he doesn't have to be alone..... It has such a realistic tinge to this story!

- I've never been a fan of the whole Harry/Ginny relationship. It came out of nowhere canonically speaking and I always felt like on Ginny's part it was a bit of hero worship (I mean, the cute savior of the world is suddenly in your house all the time) and on Harry's part of was more so gratitude for the whole weasley family for taking him in like they did. That said, I don't agree with Snape giving up on him like he did either. That sucked. Harry handled it the only way he could think to handle it. In his mind, justice had to be done and it wasn't going to be done if he didn't do it

- I personally think Harry shouldn't even try to be friends with them again.hermione Ron and Ginny all had a certain type of Harry they liked and when he couldn't be that anymore, they dropped him like a bit potato. Real friends know when your behavior *must* have some underlying cause cause real friends know who you really are. I think if he tried to be friends with them again it'd be like trying to force a square peg in a circle hole. Not saying he has to be mean to them, but it's unrealistic to think he would fit with them again too. I mean honestly he never really did. He always had to hide something about himself his feelings his life cause they'd never understand it. And I don't think it was cool of decklan to tell a hunch ofnpople something like that either but eh what can ya do

- I'm worried cImause won't Snape have to kill Dumbledore and take over as headmaster... Harry will be all alone for so long... And what if they can trace his wand or his apparation? What if he's too far away from the boxes, it could take ages to get to one (I've no idea where those places are really) the muggle way. Why does it have to be Harry that kills the horcruxes, I know why he has to be the one to fight Voldemort (cause he is a horcrux too) but dumbledore or Snape or the order could just as easily go after the horcruxes. It's insane to put it all on the shoulder of a barely legal teenage boy with emotional and psychological issues as we've seen this far ... All told, this is a very interesting tale and I'd like to read more for sure!
Harry is severely injured and Snape is in for a life changing event when he comes to retrieve Harry at the beginning of his first year at Hogwarts. This is a Snape adopts Harry story.

- Ooh I wanna know Dumbledores reaction lol hope he choked on the candy. Trying to still manipulate a kid that's already been tortured. I hope magic or potions can give harry some of his sight back at least. I couldn't imagine not having two of the major senses

- It is a bit ridiculous. I thought it was crazy that snape still took him shopping for school supplies when chances are he can't hear or see to actually participate in any classes. But now it's like really slapping me in the face. Why put the boy through all of this? He can sit at the table and eat yes but after that he goes back in the dungeons until the next mealtime? He can't sleep in the dorms, obviously, and again classes are out right now. Best thing they could've done for him is not even brought up attending hogwarts. Live there with severus yes, befriend draco definitely yes, but there's no harm in postponing at least a semester or a full school year. Doing what's best for the kid yknow

- Oh no now he knows too! I wonder about the troll thing. No way will harry be running off to save hermione even he can't even see to get there but maybe ron will and harry will want to help Ron.... Eh I think harry's fine without either of them tbh
