- Hahaha! so I assume Harry just turned himself in Malfoy, now didn't he? Except, where did the other person go to? Cause I thought there were two people outside, and only Draco/Harry went inside.
Ah, well really like it anyways. Will you still continue writing on FFnet? Cause I have you on author alert there which makes it easier to keep up with all the stories, and I'm afraid I might nog check so often on this site.
Author's Response: Yes, I will still continue posting on FF.net, just probably a little later at first while I try to get people to come here. ;-) You did a good job of figuring out what was going on--Ron got inside while Harry (pretending to be Malfoy) lingered for a moment with the door open. ;-)
Sometimes to know you can do something, you must boost your confidence by doing something else, just to be sure about your skills. Harry needs the confidence after the death of his Godfather the year before, so what does he do in the kitchens? And how does Snape fit in all this? [Response to Hogwart's Kitchens challenge]

- LOL! Snape being so very happy with the missing ingredient, and poor Harry just wanting to show him his new 'pet'. I could just imagine the scene in my mind. Love it (also I hope Hermione will be clever enough to send a letter by muggle mail).
ABANDONED:- When the wards suddenly fall at Privet Drive, members of the Order immediately apparate to the location to find the Dursley parents dead – and their mistreated nephew locked in the cupboard under the stairs. Retrieving the boy is but the start of a long road to recovery. Can time truly heal? Or will even the magic of Hogwarts prove inadequate sanctuary for a wary, abused child?

- Nice start of the story so far. There is however a problem with your lay-out. The sentences are too close together on the site. I am not sure how you format your stories, but I think you should try to fix it, because there is hardly any space between lines.
Keep up the story though!

Yeah, I've been noticing that... I copy/paste my stories from my word processor, but the lines didn't use to come out so close together. I'm not sure when that started. I have edited the document itself to have 1.5 line spacing now, and that seems to have done the trick. Hopefully that will make for a bit easier reading!
