- It makes sense that the Slytherins went to higher ground, rather than to the dungeons where the threat was. Snape was so awful. How will Harry ever trust him again.

- I know this story isn’t finished, but I’m reading and reviewing anyway. It’s an excellent opening chapter. I really appreciate the point that Severus, as an accomplished Occlumens, can easily compartmentalize his feelings for Harry’s parents separate from Harry himself.
