Remus kidnaps 10 year old Harry when Albus refuses to remove him from the Dursley’s abuse. Severus is sent to find them and bring Potter back and he's not happy about being used like Dumbledore's personal servant. A Snape mentors Harry fic with a lot of Remus, Weasley and Draco involvement. No slash in the story. No relationship between Severus and Remus. Note: Dumbledore isn't evil in this story, but he is not trusted by the main characters involved because of the decisions he’s made.

I like the warm, practical and _close_ way you portray Remus. He's usually pretty distant in fanfics.

The Muggles called it the London sinkhole, the mysterious crater which suddenly opened up, leaving the infrastructure in tatters. A year after Voldemort’s death, Harry and Snape have reached a brittle reconciliation with one another. Harry wishes Snape would speak more to him about Lily, but Snape is being stubbornly secretive and jealous of his private life. Harry’s own relationship with Ginny is getting shakier. Hermione has initiated a campaign in the press against Obliviating spells which will have unexpected consequences for Neville Longbottom, and the Auror Office is looking for Voldemort’s son, without really believing that he exists.
In the second part of “Spiral” Harry goes to medical school at St Mungo’s Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries and lives at Grimmauld Place in London with Ginny, Ron and Hermione. As to Snape, he is a multitasking headmaster who seems to turn up ever so often in Harry’s life.

- Was so happy to see this up! I loved Spiral of Trust and was waiting for the sequel. Would love to see Harry training as a healer (and collaborating with Snape).
In Spiral, I especially loved the explorations in magic and the relationship he had with Snape (kept on bouncing back and forth).

- Loved this angsty chapter. It seems than Snape and Harry seem to anger and then avoid each other until the other has to be there for them in some sort of way. I'd like to find out more about the story with the second cousin - it sounds like there's more to it.
