About me:
	I stumbled into Harry Potter fanfic looking for something to read after years of loving the books. Even after HBP, the idea of Snape mentoring or somehow becoming Harry's father/father figure is intriguing to me. I think that his is a very interesting character with unexplored depth in canon. As for me, well, I'm working on getting into graduate school for creative writing, as that is one of my bachelors degrees and what I enjoy the most. I do write fanfiction, and am currently writing my first try at Harry Potter, even though I'm hopelessly American and I wouldn't want British characters to sound that way. (Knowing my luck and where I'm from, I'd have Harry speaking Southern without too much effort!) My hobby is restoring My Child dolls from the 1980s and making clothes for them. It's kind of fun to exercise artistic skills that I don't often use anymore. Otherwise, I just write. And it's whatever strikes my fancy at the moment, fanfiction in various fandoms or original fiction. [Report This]
