I am an assistant librarian at a technical college in Georgia.

 I spent four years in the Navy, where I met my husband, a Senior Chief. We have been married about over 30 years. We have one son, who is in the Army (where did we go wrong??!).

 I love the HP universe, but my favorite character is Severus Snape.

    No, spanking wasn't called for.

    What was needed was the expert advice of Dr. Meany, that mean doctor that tells parents what to do.

    In this case, Dr. Meany would say that poor Harry's behavior was due to lack of rest and rest of vegatables - nothing the parent can do but obey the doctor.

    So the doctor says that the plate should be covered and put in the refrigarator and the poor child should go to bed an hours early for a whole week - until he isn't tired anymore.

    When the child is hungry, the plate is brought out and given to the child - if the child still doesn't eat, then he is still too too tired and must go back to bed.

    This only needs to be done a few times. Dr. Meany helped my a lot with raising a child.

    Love him.

    Author's Response: Aw, I love Mr. Meany! Great advice! Don't worry, I think that Harry will be facing more consequences in the future. I think that Snape is beginning to realize that Harry is a six year old boy now, for all intents and purposes and he will begin to treat him as such. Perhaps I will use some of Mr Meany's tactics.     I love your story but I am confused. Help - I thought Bill was killed not Arthur Wesley.

    I went back and reread the chapter before this one and this one but I still am confused.

    Author's Response:

    Several of the people were Polyjuiced to look like someone else for their safety. Severus took Arthur's place, because he was leading the mission. Therefore, Arthur had to take the looks of someone else, so he went as Bill. Narcissa and Draco were also Polyjuiced as well, but more about who they were there as will come up in 27. :)

    I liked how McG is going to give a serious tongue lashing to Dumbledore and Madam Pince scolds her son for using a rather nasty spell in front of her grandson.
