Author's Response: Because they died before Never Again. it's mentioned briefly in that one and in GP, they end up getting killed in a car accident. Bu they'll be in this one a good deal!

- Well THAT was a good ending!!!! What was the bad thing that happened on Halloween in order of the phoenix??? Was iot the snake attack???

The bad thing that happened on Halloween was the attack from Voldemort who killed James and Lily and little Harry recieved the scar. It wasn't in the Order of the Phoenix though. The attack in Order was at the Ministry when Harry and gang went to get the prophesy and Death Eaters plus Voldemort ambushed them.
