As an unfortunate witness to an exorcism in 'The Bible Belt' of Missouri, I can tell you that this scene, as horrifying as you wrote it, does happen. Thankfully, what I saw what not this horrid, but I've never gone to church since. That was over 30 years ago.

Well done! Your writing is beautiful. It is a true joy to dine at your table of words so artfully prepared.

This was a wonderful, and totally terrifying story. It made me cringe, weep, and ultimately laugh in relief and joy.

Thank you for sharing your talent.

Response to 'Buried Alive' challenge by Yasona Black. When Harry was left at home alone, he could feel trouble brewing around him. Little did he know his life would change that night in more ways than one.

A very gripping story. I hope you do write a sequel someday. I would like to see Harry and Severus through his rehab.

Third in the series Days We Learn From. In a darkening world where the war looms ahead, things couldn’t be more wrong. A new hand has been dealt out, and now Severus isn’t well, and this he knows. But what is it that is causing the fainting spells, and how long can he keep this a secret from his two adopted sons, Harry and Draco? More importantly, with the Dark Lord still furious over the discovery of Severus as a spy, how long can the little family continue to escape his clutches?

I feel breathless! I do not like that the horcrux hunt is begun and thus the end of the war, but I am glad to see that Severus has his family, and so it appears he will soon have a wife.

Author's Response: Yes, a rather bittersweet ending I thought. And quite right - a wife someday indeed! I always wanted to do another story following up with them, but I never really felt I could do it justice. Thanks for your thoughts. Cheers!

“They were good people to you, Mr. Potter. I never have said they weren’t good people to you. They loved you and care for you. Your father sacrificed his life for you.”

This was a fantastic story that illustrated the differences between Gryffindors and Slytherins. What Severus said to Harry was as clear as a bell to me. It was frustrating that Harry was just not getting it.

I do not see this as an end to their relationship, but a snag. There are some things that Harry is just going to have to muddle through, and this is one of them. It could take a long while, but someday it might be him Floo calling Severus.

    Author's Response:

*blinks and stares wide-eyed at who reviewed*

    Oh my god......

Thank you for the review!  This is probably the most wonderful surprise of the day.  You are one of my favorite authors and to have you review one of my pieces... well I'm most appreciative and humbled.

     *blushes*

Seriously, this story has brought a lot of surprise reviewers who are my favorites, *cough* Snapegirlandyou *cough*,  I just wanted to thank you for making my day.

Now that I'm done gushing like the barely out of grad school girl I am..... on to more serious business.

First off thank you.  I really wanted to show how the two, well (how to say it?), sides viewed the world.  Harry for some reason is currently still stuck in Gryffindor land.  And you're right, its not the end of their relationship as mentor/mentee or as friends.  Harry just believes it is.  I think he's going to be getting a head smacking in the near future and will be flooing Severus as well.

    *grins*

Did I give away too much?  Perhaps.

Either way, thank you for your review!

PS- Looking forward to reading more Harry/Sev stories from you one day!  Until then I have a nice long story to re-read multiple times.  *grins

I am terribly pleased I could make your day. I need to read more of your work. I just wanted to let you know that the professor has approved of your one shot, so it is being recommended on his Tumblr blog. http://professor-snape.tumblr.com/post/17440896078/via-hogwarts-headmaster-by-albertvamphir-on

    Author's Response:

*Stares at the page from the link, jaw drops*

    Wow.  Just wow.

Thank you... to both of you.

As for my other work, most of it for HP is here except for two poems.  I'd love to have you read it and I hope you enjoy it.

    *Blinks slowly*

Well, I definitely have some thoughts to keep me warm as I walk to the grocery store and the laundrymat!

     Thanks again.

    *Blushes*

    Truly.... thank you.

After helping Draco Malfoy escape the custody of Sirius Black, Harry endures the wrath of his Godfather. When Snape comes looking for Draco, Harry tells him that Draco has run away, and that he won’t tell him where Draco is unless Snape takes Harry with him. **Note** I'm aware that some of you don't like bad!Sirius stories. Don't worry, Sirius isn't actually in the story much, however there is redemption in the end. It's not so much that he's just bad, more that he's fallen. This story is about how people fall, and how they can make it back out in the end, getting a second chance. It is NOT a character bashing story.

Fantastic story! It was hard going through all the troubles that Harry, Snape, and Remus, and Harry's friends had to deal with. I really wanted to kill Sirius at the beginning but I am glad that Sirius found a way to redeem himself, to love Harry.

Unable to deal with the pain and loss he felt during the third task; Harry slowly startes to fall apart, the others around him oblivious to it all. The loneliness continues to eat him up until one day, Harry finally snaps. Who will be there save him now and help him pick up the pieces?

I am in tears here. With every word I am mourning Harry, yet I know he's alive. At the same time I am angry and sick because he is seeing what his bullies finally realised they did.

Harry and Snape get caught up in an attempt at revenge, executed by a magically altered pack of werewolves with a vendetta against You Know Who.

This was not at all what I expected, and that's a good thing. Every chapter was terrifying and I had to read all of it in one sitting.

    Great ending!

Author's Response: Terrifying? YAY! I mean, um, sorry? I was going for terrifying. Glad it worked! I kind of look at this one as a big old sort of weird experiment that kind of worked but not really. So nice to hear from you!

The Potioneer’s Society - a name that conjures images of prestige, brilliance, and fame. But beneath its shining complexion lies something sinister. Evelyn, having fled from the witch hunters to London, has uncovered what very few within the Potioneer’s Society even know: Being brewed in secret within its hallowed halls is a potion that will spell disaster for the Wizarding race should it ever fall into the wrong hands. Unfortunately, the wrong hands are the ones brewing it. With nobody to turn to, she calls Severus Snape and Harry Potter back in time once more, to the year 1613. A daring plan arises immediately, but with only fourteen days to accomplish the break-in of the 17th century, they soon realize that the enemy has everything to gain, and they have everything to lose.

Sequels are not always good despite the hopeful and good intentions behind them. If anything this was better. It was also a grand rounding out of 1612.

I truly enjoyed this and I am happy that both Severus and Evelyn got their happiness.

Author's Response: I'm so happy you enjoyed the sequel! They really are very hard to do well, so it's nice to know you felt it rounded out 1612 nicely. Thanks again for your review!
