I'm Polish, female, age 32.

My English is not very good, so I write fanfiction only in my mother language, although I read also in English and even translate from English to Polish. Maybe one day I'll write something in English, but now it's too early I think.

Fantastic! Recipes of non working potions, eseys about pureblood foolishness, hawk post... And the best:
Bigamy? For Twins? Oh My God!
    LOL

Thanks a lot, it's really wonderful.

Author's Response: Thank so much.  I enjoyed writing this chapter a lot.  I'm glad you liked it.  :o)

Wow. I must admit I've been suprised. When Auggie said that he owned Severus' much I've tought he was a Death Eaters' child and Severus gave him a way out. But he wasn't. He was a child from that village from chapter 4, wasn't he? From that Muggle village. Or any other village. Yeah, chapter 4, named "Hero"... who was this "hero", Harry really? Or maybe Severus? Or both? I'm bewitched.

But of course, I like all this chapter. Although Mr. August and his story - and Severus' place in it - have made the biggest impression on me. I'll be thinking about it for months, I suppose.

God, how I love this fanfiction. I'm delighted, really. And I'm waiting to more, of course ;-).

Author's Response: Yep, August was a  child from that village, which yes was mostly a Muggle village.  I'm glad you liked that part; it was nice to be able to reveal a little more about Severus' time spent pretending to be in Voldemort's service.  I'm delighted you made the connection.  :o)  The hero referred to in chapter 4 was a twist on words, really.  It was referring to Harry at the moment being a hero to the wizarding world, but really to Severus for being a real hero when he tried his best to do what he could under very terrible circumstances.  I'm glad this will stick with you; that's what I love to hear!  Thanks so much for the lovely review.  I will work on the next chapter and try to get it out as soon as possible.

Sometimes getting what you want is terrifying. Can Severus and Harry manage after the roller coaster that was first year?

First I'd like to say that I like your "Readind Signs" very much. I hoped there will be a sequell and I was very happy to see it. Thank you.

This chapter... is touching. Especially ending. Severus trying to not think and loosing. Wonderful. He will think and think and then he will ask Harry or he will just know by himself. I think it will be the second one, because he is smart and cunning and he understands a lot.

I'm waiting impatiently for next chapter.

Author's Response: Thanks so much for your review, I'm pleased you liked the chapter :)

Harry Potter has been keeping a secret from the world since he was 7 years old. When the last person he wants finds out, will all be as he hoped or as he dreaded?

To the earlier Reviewers: are you kidding me? Do you rate the story or the way it's formatted? Yes, the second chapter is harder to read then the first but not impossible! I've read it and I'm even not a native English speaker! Your reviews are really below the standard.

Back to the chapter: it's quite good although Severus is not himself there. Harry is better. I wonder how the visit to the Dursleys will go on. And I hope Snape will get the guardianship over his son. Don't worry with ratings of the second chapter, your story is quite good.

Sequel to "Harry's First Detention" - read that first, please!

Ha ha ha ha ha... Yes, Severus! Way to go! LOL

Really great chapter of really great fanfiction. Severus is himself and he is sooo funny... LOL, really.

I love it. I've never got enough of your story. And although I know there is another chapter, I'm already waiting for more ;-).

Author's Response: Thank you! I'm really glad you're enjoying the story. :) Great to hear the characterization of Sev works!

Sweet. "Little monster", "little horror" and 500 lines for speaking about Dursleys. Very good. And spanking... for troll, I suppose. It's only two months till Halloween... I hope Harry will understand Severus more till that day. I really hope they will understand each other.

So... When is next chapter? I'm hungry... ;-)

Author's Response: Next chapter coming up!

For every action, there is a consequence. Even for neglecting to brush your hair. Drabble.

It's good, but it might be better, in my humble opinion. I'd like to know, what Severus' potion would do with Harry's hair. I know, it's comical, cause Harry doesn't want this potion only because it's pink. I get it. Still I'd like to know results.

    Author's Response:

Ah, my dear, that's what imagination is for ;)

    Thanks for reviewing.

After the final battle, Harry goes back into Snape's memories. What he finds, shocks him and turns what should have been his happiest days, into a living hell.

Title: Chapter 1: Dumbledore's Betrayal 27 Oct 2008

Oh. I've never read something like this. I start to wonder who Severus murdered to create a horcrux... Not very nice, professor, not nice at all.

But... It creates new possibilities. And this is really interesting. So I'm waiting for more. Will Severus revive? If so how they will treat each other? Adult Harry and Severus who has only a part of his soul...

Author's Response: Well, his Horcrux is created in a little bit different manner than Voldemorts. The magic used is not quite as Dark.  Although, consider that Snape worked as a spy for Voldemort for many years, I'm sure that he was not a choirboy. Also, he did murder Dumbledore, don't forget, although it was not done with malicious intent.  He did take a life.  Thanks for reviewing.

Title: Chapter 1: Pancake Day (Shrove Tuesday) 22 Feb 2012
Reviewer: Nakago (Signed)
Well, I have learnt something new. I've not known that there is Pancake Day and Lent in England too. We have it in Poland, but on our Pancake Day, which is named Ostatki, we eat donuts not pancakes, and our Lent longs for 40 days not for 4 weeks. It's very long and painful time for me becaude I for these 40 days I give up all kinds of sweets and I love sweets with all my heart. And today is the first day of Lent. And I'm dying already.

OK, the story now. Well, the story begins quite interesting. I think the way that Harry and Severus are behaving is very probable, it's a lot like canonic them. Albus is good as well, i think. The only thing I'm not so much convinced is why Remus has been waiting all these years to tell Albus that Severus is Harry's father. Well, maybe you'll explain this sometime. I wonder what project these too will go throughout Lent. I'm waiting for more.

Author's Response: Yes, we observe Lent (and Pancake day) in England too. Well, Christian's deserve it. And the four weeks is just a rough time scale, it's up until Easter, which this year is the first week of April. It's the first day of Lent for us as well, so no chocolate for me until Easter as well, which currently seems a long way off. Good luck with managing without sweets for the next 40 days. I'm sure we can both do it!

Thanks for reviewing, I'm glad you liked the start of the story. I do have a reason why Remus didn't tell Albus until now, but I'm not sure how I can fit it into the story. Basically, he didn't know of Harry's poor living situation (the Dursley's) and thought the boy was happy, so why cause him pain my dragging him away from his family? And Severus didn't know either, so you can't lose or miss what you've never had.

Title: Chapter 2: Lent Day One (Ash Wednesday) 22 Feb 2012
Reviewer: Nakago (Signed)
Well, because I know that you don't observe Christmas Eve the same way we do, I've thought that observing Lent is Polish idea also. And it turns out that Lent lasts the same time for you and for us, although I don't know why for you these are 4 weeks - for us these are 6 weeks (without Sundays) and 4 days, from Ash Wednesday till Holy Saturday.

I'm glad that next chapter is today. I hope that means you will publish a chapter every day.

I wonder which one of these two will invent the project and what it'll be. I think they both are tarred with the same brush. Harry doesn't want to think about Snape as his father, and Severus addresses his son 'Mr. Potter'. I hope you plan for each of them to have a paradigm shift... or maybe THE paradigm shift I should say. I wonder how you are going to do it.

And I must admit I wonder right now what exactly Remus knows about Harry's life with Dursleys...

    Author's Response:

I kind of used the four weeks as a bit of a ballpark figure for how long Lent is. But you're right, it si about five and a half, six weeks. I'm probably going to go and change that in the first chapter. And on a personal note, how am I supposed to manage for six weeks without chocolate?!

I'm kind of already working on the next chapter, but I'm off out to the Ash Wednesday service at Church this evening, so I don't know how much I'll get done. Ideally I'd like to post a chapter a day, but I don't know how realistic that will be to keep up for the next six weeks. I do plan on having Harry and Severus bond though, but it may take a while. I'm also worried about chapters getting repetitive if I post everyday.

I'm glad you're enjoying the story though. And thanks for reviewing.
