- Okay, so I posted a comment earlier and I have no clue if it went through because the page went kaput. Darn that internet. Anyways, back to the reason I'm posting here in the first place. I want to let you know that there are eager readers here waiting on your every word. I'm one of them. I still want to see what Snape is gonna do with that sailor suit. XD But I also love that last line of this chapter "He'd shower, alright, but he wouldn't comb his hair". It's pretty humorous. Keep it up, we readers are here and we love your work.

- As I've said before, I love this story! I'm so happy to read it. I see why you choose not to use spanking in this chapter. I can see both sides of the argument when it comes to spanking but I'm not really here to talk about spanking now am I? XD So, Pizza and noodle tantrum. Love that...just like a kid to fuss over what's for dinner! Some stories never start to transition Harry into being a normal little boy because he was abused. The truth is he always was tough and had to be when he was denied all basic comforts. Even when he's very little now, I can see a very canon Harry here. I love this story. Your Snape is starting to soften just a tiny bit and I love it. Maybe they can teach Harry to swim...or something! Or maybe Harry will do something to deserve the humiliating sailor boy suit although it seems less likely now that Snape is softening. XD Anyways, keep going. You still have a reader right here, anxiously waiting.

- Loved it! Snape is so very good at rubbing people's mistakes in front of their nose but he's finally softening a bit. XD Too bad for Harry that it means triple the veggies and extra bedtimes. But I suppose Harry probably would prefer it to scrubbing cauldrons! xD But I loved this chapter. It was an extra lot of Snape and Harry and that is so very appealing. This story has a natural bonding element to it that I love. You are able to make the characters bond without distorting their personalities. That takes talent. Can't wait to read more.

Author's Response: Yes, poor Harry but it could be worse. :) thank you so much for your comments! I really enjoy reading them. :) i'm afraid that the sailer suit has quite a few chapters to go before it shows up... near the end. :)
After the Dobby incident at the beginning of the second book, Harry runs away, and Snape kidnaps him. In an old-fashioned house with no comforts and a huge black dog, Harry finds himself at Snape's mercy as Snape plays mind games and makes Harry live through different scenarios. Though Snape seems crazy and psychotic, Harry begins to see reasons behind Snape's sporadic behavior.
There is corporal punishment, but it is different from what I've written before. This is a Mean!Snape story for the most part. If you're looking for a cuddly story, go elsewhere please.

- Well, this has to be one of the sweeter chapters in this story. I think this story takes a rougher edge on Snape than I have seen in most of the stories I read..but that might be why I love it so much. I loved how Snape was talking about Harry in regards to his relatives. You capture Harry brillantly. I think you catch the boy behind the tragedy..rather than the tragedy behind the boy. What I mean to you say is..you make it more about who Harry is..than what Harry has gone through. XD I thought Snape was actually trying his best to be kind in this chapter which was actually amusing because your Snape is very gruff to me in this story. A little sour, gruff, but there's something behind it..like the Grinch, maybe his heart will go three sizes in one day? Keep writing! Your pal, BasiliskPrince

- So, you know I'm a huge fan of this story..at least I've mentioned it several times that it's on my top ten list of favorite stories. This chapter started out rather innocently...or maybe not so innocently in Harry's case. Anyways, I loved it. The fact that Snape had to tug Harry out from under the bed? Cute and not usually something you find in a Harry Potter story. You are known for your originality in my opinion anyways. What do I have to say of this chapter though? Okay, well first...Gotta love the fact that Harry wanted to live in a tree. I always thought of that as a kid myself. Absolutely adore trees. I use to climb this huge one where I use to live and just sit up there...there was sap on that tree so it would stick to my hands. I also use to collect pinecones but I'm getting off-track. I also loved the fact of the ending..."you need me just as much as I need you"...So cute. Now, I'm just waiting for a moment when they are in a slight 'public' scene and Snape puts on a protective edge!

- I love this story so very much. I think the thing I like most about this story is the adorable little reactions that your Harry has. Lifting up his ball, splashing Snape...Snape warming up enough to splash back. You made Dudley more remorseful than most usually make him...but I think if he never knew about Harry..he would be. He wouldn't know his parents ways in regard to his cousin. In short I love this story and I love this chapter. Update soon please.

Cute as a button although I anticipate that traveling anywhere will result in a tantrum of epic proportions so soon.
