- I love this story. The end of this chapter is fantastic. Snape loosening up is wonderful - and he does it in character. How do you manage? I'm terribly jealous. Anyway, I always love seeing updates on this wonderful, wonderful story.

- Awwwwww. The Velveteen Rabbit was one of my favorite books when I was a kid. (Had nothing to do with it being one of the longest, nosiree). I just love seeing Snape going all nurturing in his own snarky way.
Am curious though to see what becomes of Occlumency and the bruises on Harry's arms.

- I really love this story, especially the interaction between Snape and Harry. We can see the realationship and understanding growing between the two. And I love the character of Hoppity. But I think that I am at the point where I'm ready for *something* to happen. Bad guys come or more Dursley abuse is discovered. I just feel like we're being set up for some big plot change or character shift, and now we're just waiting for that to happen.
As I said, I love the story and I'm looking forward to the next step.
Author's Response: Well you're right about something happening, but I don't think it'll happen as soon as you think. Some other things have to happen first, remember the purporse of this tsory is to add in as many Snape and Harry situations as possible. Just sit tight. :) thanks for the review.
Voldemort's victims are disappearing, the wards at Privet Drive are weakening with no explanation and Snape is found out a spy, saved only by the same thing that keeps making the prisioners disappear, and no one knows why.

- I still love this story and would like to see it completed at some point. You really are a gifted writer.

Author's Response: Yes, I am still working on this story. The thing is that I\'m in my last semester of college right now so I\'m really busy finishing up my independent research and writing my thesis. As soon as I graduate I\'ll be able to focus on fics more.

- What a clever story! I really like your Maia character, she's quite fun. I'd never really thought much about Severus' mother, always assuming that she had died. It was quite fun to read about this charming but stern socialite. Any chance of a continuation?
