About me:

Hello from good old Virginia! I am new to the Harry Potter fanfiction craze, despite liking the series for over two years now (yeah, I was a late bloomer in that sense).  I guess you could say that I like drama and the hurt and comfort fics best, though I read a lot of other genres as well. My favorite characters of "Harry Potter," are: Severus (duh), Hermoine, Harry, Remus and Luna. Ron is all right, but tends to annoy me.

 As stated, I'm from Virginia, and have a Southern twang...even for Virginia standards (I was at work and a customer asked me if I was from Tenessee or Georgia).

I have beta'ed several of other various genres and would gladly beta someone's within reasons.  Obviously, I would beta American English, but I am studying British English and am comfortable with it so maybe later.

    OH HOW AWESOME! I'm crying now, THANKS! But really, this is a really good story, I wish it happened this way in canon, well,that is, if Snape REALLY had to die in the first place. I loved the last line, Snape kept calling him Potter until Harry could not hear. I always knew Snape had a heart! Great job!

    Today's your birthday? HAPPY BIRTHDAY! My only claim to fame in HP universe is sharing Hermoine's b-day. Great story, I loved when Harry was telling Snape about his first birthday cake and lol I about fell out of my seat laughing (Which would have been really bad atm lol) when Snape ordered Harry to sing "Happy Birthday." Then again, that was bittersweet, he was obviously remembering Lily...aww...

    Author's Response: Thanks for the b-day wishes! I had so much fun writing this, especially Snape ordering Harry to sing! I'd originally thought about Harry's having a birthday, but since that's been done so often, I decided to take a different approach. Also thought it was a shame that Dudley got Harry's original cake, SOOOOO... ! Glad you got a kick out of it, & thanks for the review! (And for having Harry & Snape both sing to ME!)
