- Awwww... Your story truly speaks to how children feel, and also to how adults fail to correctly interpret those feelings! Fortunately, Severus got his eyes opened in the nick of time, and kudos to Fang! Good doggie saved the day! Heart-warming as a cup of milky tea!

- Wow! I found myself holding my breath through a lot of the narrative after Harry left Snape alone in the tent! Not the cheeriest of Christmas stories--in fact, I got so caught up in the drama, I forgot about the Christmas theme at times!--but very satisfying in the end! Excellent!!! 🎄

- No pressure... No stress... (!) Can't wait to find out WHY Snape needs to present a son to his family, but take your time in the reveal--I always love your detailed, well-paced exposition! The family seems okay, though I wasn't sure at first whether they were magical or muggle. But first impressions aren't always trustworthy. Hang in there, Harry!
Once upon a time he was Harry of the orphanage of Leeds. But after a summer spent discovering that he and Professor Snape had been tied together for 12 years by their shared ghosts, Harry Potter had become Harry of Bainbridge, the boy Snape had adopted. Harry didn’t know if he’d ever get used to being called Master Snape, or if the kids at school would ever stop pestering him with questions about what it was like to live with the often dour Potions Professor. He was certain he was looking forward to going back to his new home for Christmas though, to spend it with his new father, and to learn what it meant to have a home to go back to. Harry had never celebrated a real Christmas before... Entry to Winter Fest 2021.

- WOW!!! Just WOW!!! You REALLY poured an insane amount of originality into this story! (I don't want to get detailed--I hate spoilers!) But I was practically holding my breath through the brewing process, only to groan at the end, realizing what a Gryffindor would do to save the day! Absolutely AWESOME!!! And I loved the Christmas tree ornaments!

- I'm really enjoying seeing Severus interacting with a new character! But the clifftop scene description blew me away. I'd only ever seen pics of the White Cliffs in broad daylight, so I decided to Google images of them at sunset and sunrise -- WOW!!! I suppose people expect to see the cliffs WHITE, but the way the chalk and the sea capture the colored light... well, it's surprising that I'd never even thought about the edges of the day! Thank you for inspiring a wonderfully "enlightening" experience! Hmm... Now wondering if there are pics of the Cliffs under a full moon. *goes to see...*
