I don't have much to say, except that I truly love reading fanfiction. Maybe even too much of it! 

I have no writing skills, so this account is solely for reviewing stories. 

Ever since Deathly Hallows, I have developed a soft spot for Snape. He's officially one of my favorite characters of all time, along with Colonel Brandon (as I'm sure you can tell, I'm a huge Alan Rickman fan).

If anyone needs a beta, I'll be more than happy to check over grammatical errors and give suggestions.

    Well, Ron's stupidity had to rear it's unpleasant head in this chapter. Honestly, does he not understand the meaning of TACT? ugh, I love Ron but why must he be so thick?
    Anyways, I'm glad Severus was in control of the situation and kept the confrontation from becoming a full blown catastrophe

    Author's Response: Ron is thick, but this was more a case of fear than his usual thick headedness. Sev knew this was a possibility and that's why he kept a close watch on them. Thanks!

    Insecure as always, and afraid to reveal his mistake (which, if he did, might actually strengthen their bond). Oh well, I'm guessing Dumbledore will throw a spanner in the works (because he can be such a nosey, interfering prat)

    I'm really relieved that the horcrux has been expelled from Harry's body. That means he won't have to go through horrifying visions and Occlumency lessons... It is unfortunate that Harry lost his speaking skills, but it is worth not having to go through all the atrocities he suffered through in cannon. What I'm curious about is how Severus received the ability to speak Parselmouth.

    By the way, the last line of the chapter, about how "what is lost can be found, if sought" reminded me of Sense and Sensibility. Is it just a funky coincidence, or where you inspired? lol

    Author's Response: Thanks for the review. Yes, I was inspired by Edmund Spenser's poem, which was read in Sense and Sensibility; it felt such a perfect line that I had to add it lol! When Hissy looked into Severus' eyes, he originally only intended to send him a small number of images. However, as a highly accomplished, often assayed legilimens, Severus' mind is highly elastic and, therefore, Hissy decided, on the spur of the moment, to squeeze 'Parseltongue' in as he knew that Severus could handle such a huge bundle of information being legilimised into him.

    Oh, so the last chapter was a false alarm. Harry will be able to speak Parseltongue again.

    Author's Response: Thanks for the review; although it was a false alarm in a sense, it teaches Harry to value his abilities and is proof that the horcrux is totally gone.

    Interesting take on Severus' initiation into Voldemort's inner circle. It was different, but in a good way ;)
    I'm happy that this strengthened Harry's love for his insecure, intellectual father. He's pretty skilled at comforting Severus.

    Author's Response: Thanks ^^. Harry has had a very good teacher; after being comforted by Severus, he knows all the tricks lol!
