Awwwww I love it! You've done a marvelous job of making Snape realistically softer, a feat which has been almost impossible for other authors. Please update soon.
Author's Response: Thank you, I\'m so glad you think he\'s realistic! I do hate it when he gets all OOC as soon as he learns about Harry\'s abuse ... or stories that just start out with all of the extent of the abuse being revealed at once.

I love how you made Snape translate Harry's behaviour in a negative way, as opposed to the generic Snape-takes-pity-on-Harry theme that seems to show up in all of the other stories of this particular genre.

I love this story, and I've only read this chapter. I love the use of the present tense here, and the characterisations were so spot on. Finally a fic where Harry is not a whimpering coward and Snape does not become instantly kind and caring and sappy. I love this, trully. I'm so glad I've just found it. Amazing. Please update soon.
