2. Lily has Harry.
3. Sev has a child of his own (boy or girl, your choice).
4. Sev's child and Harry were friends as little kids (1-5, ect.).
5. They meet up again at Hogwarts.
6. Must have a scene of Sev, Lily, Harry, and Sev's child when they were one (with or without James).
7. Lily and James DO die.
8. Harry goes to the Dursleys.
9. 'Luna's Challenge' MUST apear in the summery.

    Author's Response: Aww, I'm glad you liked it.  There won't be a sequel, but in my mind what happens next is that they keep spending time with each other, getting to know each other as adults.  They fight at times of course, and Harry still deeply misses Sevvy, but eventually they manage to start a real friendship and start to heal.  Lanta.

    O.M.G!! This was absolutely brilliant! I swear I nearly burst into tears every time Harry did! It was perfect! You managed to cover all the important basis for a fic like this: properly developing inter-character realationships; balancing their interations with outside chacters; keeping the base tone of the fic well balanced (without making it too "Heavy" with over baring dark emotions or too "light" where there seemed to be no emotion at all); being true to their personalities, then changing them in a realistic time span (not too rushed or too drawn out); and creating original character that fit so seemlessly into the cannon world. I'm rather impressed. There aren't many fics I can say this about. I believe the last one was Not Myself by Saerry Snape about 3 or so years ago. There are fics like Saving Conner and it's sequals that come close (they have everything I mentioned except they become so emotionally heavy after a while it feels like tying to slog through 4 feet of snow without snowshoes). You managed a well balanced mixture of humor and deep emotion that is absolutely commendable. Not to mention your character development of you original characters (and the later OOCness of the Cannon characters) was of superb quality. I can honestly say this was an enjoyable and adictive read. Two thumbs up and I can't wait to start the sequal.

    Interesting. *tilts head* This certainly has a ring of originality to it. Huh. Most Slytherin!Harry fics fit into eith of two catagories: Manipulative!Malfoy-esc!Harry and cold hearted Slytherins or Gryffindorish!Harry with Gryffindorish Slytherins. This one seems to fit right in the middle. I like it. *smile* Especially Snape; You've managed to keep him in character, yet bend him just enough to make him fit the story. Nicely done. *grin* Can't wait to see what happened to Harry!
