Heyo! I'm Art, a twenty-one-year-old fangirl totally and completely obsessed with Harry Potter, Harry Potter fanfiction in particular.

I got the HP book set for Christmas in 2020, and I really did not expect to like it much. But I ended up falling deeply in love. I read the books quickly as I am a fairly fast reader, but I would often set the books aside and start reading fanfiction long before I finished the series. So basically, I spoiled the whole series for myself haha. BUT, I feel like I probably wouldn't have fallen so hard for Harry and Sev gen fic if I had focused solely on canon, as fanfiction convinced me to like Severus before I could really even properly dislike him. So that's okay.

I have always been a sucker for found family, in every fandom I've ever been a part of, and so Potions and Snitches is like a God send for me. In other fandoms I've had to search high and low for the couple of heartwarming family fluff fics, but I joined this site in early January 2021 and I still have so much to read!

I have been writing practically my whole life, but I was one of those writer-who-isn't-writing types. I mostly wrote songs and a few short fanfics. My older works for other fandoms on FFN are quite horrid, and I feel like I've learned a lot about the art as of late. I'm really super excited and proud of what I'm writing now, and I hope that my readers are enjoying my work half as much as I'm enjoying writing it!!

Severus Snape is studying muggle medicine in hope to gain information, which will help him improve his own healing potions. He find’s the strangest boy whilst visiting a muggle doctor. The boy seems so familiar, but from where does he recognise him?
