At least Sev and Julianna realize that there is something wrong and keep asking Harry about it. I'm surprised the older children haven't picked up on it yet and I was almost sure that the youngest girl was going to ask why Harry was so sad.
Is Harry going to ask about owling other people? Will Sirius come barging in at some point? Will Harry ever be comfortable around Snape's family?
*laughs* Now who sounds like a Slytherin? Keeping score, huh, Harry? This sound be interesting to see how long it takes for Severus and Juliana to realize that Harry has been lying and how long Harry can hold out.
More please!
One day i hope you continue!
I really hope to see more of this some day. I love how you portray all the characters and how in character they seem. I also really like how you have the Slytherins being more willing to be friendly with Potter, as seen in the birthday party chapter. Hopefully there will be more interaction between them and Harry.
I really liked the dream sequence with Salazar in it. Is it bad that I kinda want Harry resorted? Plus, the fact that Dumbledore seems like a user in your story (which I can entirely see, even in strict book and movie canon) and I don't want him to have too much power over Harry.
So is Snape really going to adopt Harry, cuz that would be wicked!?!
The defeat of Voldemort leaves Harry Potter and Severus Snape adrift in a new world where they are no longer needed. Will they help each other adapt to this new freedom or will old grudges prove stronger? Read to find out!

Loved it! So what ill-refutable evidence against Snape did Mione believe she had?
I hope you write more soon!
Author's Response: Look for Chapter 17 tomorrow! I just got it back from my beta and there isn't too much to fix.
Harry is beaten and then rescued by an unlikely savior. But, can he cope with the riveting news that follows? SlytherinHarry, GoodLuciusDraco. Very alternate universe!!!

Good luck Severus Snape.... you'll need it!
I like the story and hope you continue it soon!
PS- Ever thought of writing a side story where Sev refuses?
Yay! This is going to ruin Dumbles plans!

I really like this chapter. It was really realistic. The mixture on Harry's part of pain, unsureness, and contentment with Snape being his father makes the relationship real. And Snape's fear about Harry's power over him is realistic as well, since it is mixed with that deep parental love. (Don't children usually exert power over their parents, granted not to the extent that Harry does.)
Is it bad that I kind of don't want James' wand to really work for Harry? So why can he use Snape's? When are we going to find out?
Author's Response: THank you! In retrospect this is probably one of the chapter I should have cut off, but I felt like I was putting a lot of things into it at the time. I'm glad you liked it :-) As for James' wand, don't worry, you'll find out!
