- I'm really, really enjoying your story thus far. I like that you've kept Snape his usual grouchy self, rather than have him fall all over Harry and declare him the love of his life. They've obviously got some massive rearranging to do with their relationship, and I'm glad that it's not easy on either of them. I absolutely loved the crocodile, wish I could have one!
I'm looking forward to the next chapter, write faster!! :)
A slight twist to the usual deaging stories. What if the accident created a gas? What if it affected the entire class? How does Snape deal with fifteen toddlers?

- I haven't done anything for the past three days but read this story. It was incredibly compelling, and while you have gone wildly to the left, it was a logical and sensible progression. I really enjoyed this, and I'm looking forward to the next one. Now I have to go clean my house, as it's been gathering dust for a while :)

- I'm really enjoying this. I love that you've made Snape's decision to be a Death Eater (something I personally have questioned) into such a coldly rational (and very Slytherin) choice. Your prose is excellent, I came feel sarcasm emanating from the screen. I really loved the "practice room", it seems very logical.

The summer after 5th year, Death Eaters find Harry abandoned in the Dursley house and bring him to Voldemort. Will one particular Death Eater give up his position and his hate to save his enemy's child? Eventual Snape mentors Harry fic.

- I've really, really, really enjoyed this chapter. I am of the opinion that Dumbledore gets a free pass way too often. I have to say that he gets his comeuppance in spades in this, and I'm petty enough to enjoy that immensely. Doesn't say too many nice things about me, but we all have our cross to bear :) I'm looking forward to more of the Snape/Harry dynamic, I like how Snape is still . . . . Snape.

- You must write a sequel. You must continue to write until your eyes BLEED from staring at the screen. lol I've enjoyed your writing immensely, and I'm looking forward to how you end this, but I also think you've got a lot of options for sequels, and I'm willing to read anything you've written at least once. I think I'm gone back and reread this one at least three times, as well as your other stories. If I make you cheesecake and bonbons every day, will you live with me so I can read your stories faster? :) I'll even throw in homemade bread, but that's my best offer!

- Excellent!! I'm really enjoying all this emotional angst and trauma, which I suppose doesn't say anything nice about me, does it? I like how this is a somewhat realistic view of trauma and the aftermath, rather than our stalwart hero shaking it off and being fine in the next chapter. I'm really looking forward to the sequel, which should be posted in it's entirety by noon tomorrow, right? Right?? :)

And, thank you very much for your review! My entire reason for writing this story (besides the fact that I'm an angst junkie -- see, Miri, I can admit it!) is that I'd seen too many stories of abused/kidnapped/tortured Harry where he does just shrug off the ordeal and doesn't seem affected by it at all. And, having worked with rape survivors, as well as abused children, I just had to write a (in my opinion) more believeable tale of recovery. With, uh, magic, of course. Thanks again, for sticking with!

- You have wonderful internal monologues for Snape, I can absolutely picture Alan Rickman saying that in his head. I enjoy your dialect between Snape and the Bloody Baron, it's usually an interesting interplay.
After Snape's visit to Surrey, Harry writes a thank-you letter that triggers an extended correspondence and a tentative friendship between the two of them.

- I have to tell you that I've greatly enjoyed both of your stories in this series. You have a knack for making the incredibly convoluted relationship of Snape and Harry into something that makes a great deal of sense and gives them both a good background for which to frame their choices. I absolutely LOVE that you used Luna in that capacity, I always thought she got a raw deal from JK. For the love of all that is holy, write faster. I sat down and read both of your stories in under an hour or so, and I'm agitated that I don't know how it ends. Closure would be great :)
Author's Response: Considering that I've written 45,000 words and 100 pages in nine days I honestly don't know how I COULD write faster. I can only promise to writer diligently. And don't worry, more Luna is forthcoming.
