    Yay Snape!! Finally!
    Okay, he'll never be giving out sugar quills and letting them play games in class, but it's definitely a start. Angst is fine, as long as Snape is starting to see the forest though the trees, or is it the trees through the forest; either way, he is starting to be more human and I like that finally someone is taking care of Harry's needs--even if it IS the evil bat of the dungeons! lol

    Great chapter--as usual, and I can't wait for the next one, which knowing you, won't be long! Yay!

Harry has a little problem, followed by a little freak out, and compounded by a confusing conversation with the Sorting Hat, who has special things in mind for him and Professor Snape. A (sort of) Christmas story as a lot of it revolves around Harry's wish for a good Christmas. [About the selected warnings] most of those were just to be safe. The Dursley's and their abuse is hardly mentioned, the corporal punishment is for the way the other students treat Harry (as well as the violence warning), and the limited use of profanity is mild.
