It's close to the start of the Harry's fifth year when he receives a mysterious letter on his fifteenth birthday. The contents, strange and confusing claims that his true parents were not Lily and James Potter.
This starts a series of events that reveals not only a fifteen year old guarded secret, but one that is much, much older. One that changes not only Harry's life forever, but Professor Snape's and Lucius Malfoy's as well. It's the start of something new where enemies become allies and allies enemies.

- A very good start, not sure if I will finish the story as I am not a bond fan.
Author's Response: Luckily you don't have to be because the story focuses more around the Harry Potter story line than the James Bond idea, I am just borrowing the characters and making them into what I see them as. Thank you for the review and I do hope that you continue reading.
Young Harry is in his Third Year at Hogwarts, Sirius Black is on the loose and the young Ravenclaw is not safe in his own dormitories. For this Sirius Black is not what we all thought he was, he is more dangerous and unpredictable.
What Professor Snape had warned him against was happening and Harry is taken from his dormitory deep into one winter night. It is not a nice encounter and the young Raveclaw will be lucky to leave alive, hoping desperately for help when everything around him seemed to shatter into nothing.
It is up to the Potions Master's special ability to find him before things are too late and the young teen is lost forever.

- So is Harry like a vampire except that he doesn't need blood?
Author's Response: I hadn't considered it in those terms at all. I see it more as magical exhaustion combined with needing a visual symbol (the coffin) to remind people what really happened on Halloween night, in his view at least. Up in the tower he would not have used any of his 'Throne Charms', not even the blue couch and coffin one. He did say he would have preferred to wait until his second year to do this publicly.
Severus Snape gets more than he bargained for when he overhears a heated conversation between Harry Potter and his best friend, Ronald Weasley.

When Harry was hit by the killing curse, a horcrux was created. In this story, Harry is affected by the piece of Voldemort's soul inside his head in a more noticable way than in the books. Muggles, not knowing any better, decide he must be mentally ill. What effects might the treatment on a psychiatric ward have for the boy-who-lived and the wizarding world?

- Well since Hedwig bound herself to him he has to have magic. Yeah Hedwig for the rescue!!! I suppose that all the meds could be suppressing his ability to preform magic, especially since the meds also suppress skills in reading, writing and other forms of learning.

- Not sure how much longer I will read this story as I am getting tired of both Severus's and Ian's attitudes. Why hasn't he dropped Harry off at the Burrow, since Harry is a burden.
