I love to write and edit. You know those tests you'd do in school where you had to look at 5 different words and pick the correctly spelled one? Or "fix" wrong sentences? I loved those. ;-)

I've always got numerous stories in the works. I absolutely adore music. It's right up there with oxygen.

    Awwwwww! ::tears:: That was so sad! I loved this chapter and there is so much I could say about it. Like Harry falling asleep in Severus' bed and making his birthday list. But I'll settle for discussing my favorite part:

    You definitely made me cry there at the end. I know I can relate to how Harry is feeling. Seeing someone else get something that you should've had, but never got and knowing you can't go back in time and change that. I've felt a similar way many times growing up and it sucks. It really does. So I'd say you got that spot-on. Great work!

    I love Severus here. The way it dawned on him what Harry was feeling. Lovely.

    Again, good job! I am so happy you updated and can't wait for the next chapter!

    It seems a lot of people are reading this story, so I thought I'd give it a shot also!

    You've got a really good setup here. It's a bit more original with Harry staying friends with Ron instead of buddying up with Draco right away. I like that.

    Also, I like how you show Snape's vulnerabilities. I can believe that he while he keeps himself shielded, Dumbledore is the only one who can get to him. It's sad. Poor Snape.

    But I have to say that Harry most definitely does not sound like an 11-year-old child. He sounds at least 15, if not older. I understand that he's probably had a hard life and grown up quickly, yet his thought process still sounds too old to be believable.

    But you've got a lot more chapters for me to read, so I'll stick with it!

    I'm curious to see what's next!

I wanted to say that I agree with you completely about Harry seeming a too old, even for the difficulties he's faced, but this was the character Harry wanted to be at the moment (he seems more realistic later, I think.)
